“Not a good stay”

The staff person was very rude. He told me that I was troubling him because of the time. I explained to him that my key did not work and it doesn't matter the time because I paid for the room already. Also another customer's key didn't work and the staff person had gotten an attitude with him as well because of the time. My point is what does it matter the time if the room is already paid for? Horrible
