“Service at the PLEX is outstanding!”

The hotel has a good location, convenient to food & fun. Most impressive is the hotel manager, Charlie, is outstanding! He is gracious, kind, and thoughtful. The hotel is nice, and I will always stay there while in Seoul--mostly because of the outstanding service provided by Charlie.

“Convenient and well priced.”

I was looking for a place to stay at the last minute and found this hotel which I found surprisingly exceeding my expectation. It is conveniently located with thousands of great eateries. It is in the middle of residential area so you will not likely to run into fellow foreigners. This hotel definitely is NOT for people with small children as its clientele is adults, but it is a great place to stay on a budget. Front desk is polite and helpful. Lots of amenities which is not provided in the major hotel are provided here. A convenience store with everything you would need on the road is just a few steps away from the hotel and a upscale cafe with great coffee drinks is practically next door. If you are flying Korean Air or Asiana, the innercity airport annex (COEX CENTER)is near by(two subway stations away) where you can check in your luggage before getting to the airport. You can also catch limousine bus to the Inchon Airport here for $15.

“Very Happy”

This is a treasure. Korea rocks. The people of this hotel were very helpful with getting us around. the English was good. They offer free coffee, juice and snacks all day long. the room, although small, my North America standards offered everything we needed. Including WIFI and a in room computer, fridge, 32 inch TV. Yes the bed is harder. But that is normal for Korea. Remember we are not in North America and we travel to experience new cultures. Also don't expect to find irons for clothes. This room is close to Kukkiwon, if you study taekwondo. Also close to Olympic Stadium. There are many restaurants and shopping in the area. The people of Korea are very helpful and polite.

“Pleasantly surprised”

I had to settle for this hotel due to lack of rooms in Seoul right around the time of G20. The Plex Hotel turns out to be adequate for business travelers. Free Internet. No desk though. In-room computer provided. Large flat panel TV. In-room shower and tub. Free coffee machine downstairs with banana and vitamin drinks. Hotel staff speak minimum English but service is OK and polite. Nearby coffee shop with good breakfast coffee and egg sandwich set. Many Korean restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Street where hotel is located is quiet. 10-15 minutes walk to both subway stations (closer to the Stadium complex).

“good hotel for the price in Seoul”

For the price it is a very good choice. Surrounding hotels are more expensive, and services are not much better in those expensive hotels for the price. Close to public transportation and easy commute to Convention Center.

“Very Korean...unusual by American standards but perfectly fine.”

Spotlessly clean, small room room wtih high ceilings and a comfy double bed. Also, big flat screen TV, compurter terninal with internet, cooler with free snacks and drinks, bathroom has all amenities. Ten minutes walk from subway. Neighborhood has a gazillion restaurants and other love hotels. Plex is totally fine for tourists but probably not great for business travel.

“Comfortable 4 night stay”

The manager was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He spoke excellent English. The location is good for some nightlife and is close to Line 2 which gets you to the major areas of Seoul. It is also on the Incheon and Gimpo Airport Express bus routes which is very convenient for travelling to the airport. The room was spacious and warm and I slept very well each night I was there.
