“New Year's Eve in San Diego”

Only one night stay, came in late to sleep after new year's eve celebration, so did not really use much. My friends and I did enjoy the breakfast together before going our separate ways.

It was asy to find this hotel. We found the staff to be very helpful.

We found the room, and the service to be very satisfactory. Everyone was courteous and eager to help. The room was clean and very comfortable. Our stay was most refreshing indeed.

Great experience, great staff. The only negative was that parking lot was being repaved. Other than that, I have not one complaint. I'll be back again!

Great place. hotel was very clean and tidy. Free breakfast offered every day. Location was nice, but a little bit far from the beach though.

“Rancho Bernardo Holiday Inn Great Value Awsome Location”

The Hotel was in a great location. 20 minutes to Downtown. 10 minutes to the S6 and 15 Minutes to the 78. The Hotel Staff was awesome. They were courteous and friendly. When we arrived we were told we were booked to stay in a smoking room; which was a shock to me. They quickly exchanged our room to a non smoking room!!!! The beds were comfortable; even the Hide a bed. The pool area and bathrooms were clean. Being close to the 15 was good. We did not notice the noise. But we also always put on “white noise” at night. I would stay there again!!!!! The Sushi Restaurant (GOOD) and Starbucks are walking distance. It was a great trip…

“Great hotel, don't eat at the restaurant!”

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant, The Elephant Bar, was less than impressive. The food and service were both horrible.
