“Great service”

Great little hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. They had to move us to a different room after our first night because they were going to redo the shower in the bathroom. They gave us a free upgrade and moved all of our things for us. I had an excellent stay and would definitely stay there again.

“Cozy and convenient”

Loved the place, regardless of the tiny space to distribute the furniture around the room. Easy to access, great staff, always friendly and smiling, which was always something to welcome you after a long day walking.

“Excellent hotel in Rome - We would stay here again!”

We would stay again! Excellent location; it is close to everything. We were a 10 minutes from Rome Termini train station and close to all other sites except Vatican City (take a bus or walk 2 miles). Staff was friendly; breakfast was a perfect amount to start our day (cereal, milk, yogurt, meats, cheeses, pastries, tea/coffee/oj). The AC was refreshing when we got back (although one of the other guests told us at breakfast that their triple room had a fan, no AC). Kelly was one of the main staff; he helped us to order our Vatican Museum tickets when we wanted to avoid going to an Internet Cafe. Look no further if you are considering a clean & simple hotel with excellent staff in a central location.

“Great location”

At arrival the man at reception explain us how to visit the city in a short time. Room was clean as we expected. We had an early flight in the morning, 6 a.m., and they let us join breakfast at 4 a.m. so nice. Breakfast was complete, eggs, ham, fresh rolls and fresh croissant and a nice coffee too.

“Everything was perfect, very friendly and professional staff”

We stayed here for 3 nights. The first thing we noticed (also as we read from other reviews) was how friendly the staff was. Our room was clean and quiet. We even had a cute little shared balcony looking over the buildings next to us. Breakfast was good too. We were close to everything we wanted to go, within walking distance to everything. Lots of good cheap restaurants in the area too. There was always someone at the desk. We would definitely stay here again.

“Simply perfect!”

This hotel is really nyce. At check-in we received a smiling welcome and also if early for check-in (10.00 am) the room was ready and They gave us. Room well surrounded on second floor and clean every day. Breakfast over the average for a three star hotel, all fresh in the morning, croissant, fruit, rolls and home made cake. Location is fantastic, you can walk everywhere in 5 minutes. Highly recommended

“Great hotel and staff - location was perfect”

Fantastic staff. Hotel is simple but very cosy and well situated. Short walk from the Collosseum and Termini train station. Had a slight problem with our airport pick-up but the hotel staff were quick to fix this and very apologetic. They gave great advice for our trip and were all very friendly and helpful. I'd strongly recommend the hotel!

“Great value”

Very knowledgeable staff, fantastic service, easy walk from Termini, close to sights/metro, basic breakfast. Without us having to ask they upgraded our room for free. Will definitely stay here again.

“GREAT FOR THE PRICE! Very impressed”

We would go back here in a second. We were very happy with our stay and thought the price was great even for two backpackers. Although the location is not right next to any big monuments, there are many things within walking distance. The area was nice with many restraunts around for a good meal.
