“Excellent location”

We stayed for 2 nights late December 2005. The hotel was very good and in a brilliant location just 2 minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain. We found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. We would certainly stay again.

“Great Hotel in Central Rome!”

Hotel Accademia is a very nice 3 star hotel in central Rome with walking distance to everything. It was only about 100m to the famous Trevi fountain which was a nice place to start and finish the day at. It was a quiet hotel with freindly and helpful staff. There is a Spar shop very close selling everything you need foodwise. The buffet breakfast was really good consisting of rolls, croisants, ham, salami, different kind of cheeses. Scrambled eggs, mini sausages and bacon. Different kinds of cereals, fruits, juice, coffee, tea, toast, marmalade and jams. If you are looking for a friendly small-ish hotel in a great quiet location, this is definitely the one!

“best situation to see Rome”

The hotel was ideally situated for all the main attractions in Rome. It was very clean and service was excellent. We really loved Rome but had not expected too. They have a bar outside the hotel which is useful. They alos have a wine bar i would recommend you give it a miss, it is very expensive and the food is poor.

“Great Tourist Class Hotel”

Traveling with family (5 of us) and we loved this hotel. Rooms smaller than US, but expected. Very clean and modern with great bathrooms. Excellent breakfast buffet included daily. Literally a few steps from Trevi Fountain, you could hear the water from the room. 3 blocks to Spanish Steps and a block from the shopping district. Much shopping and restuarants to choose from right around the corner. Would stay again without a doubt.

“Couldn't have asked for More!!”

We booked this hotel for 2 reasons. Firstly, the price was good considering we were sightseeing only. The second was because of the great reviews it got. We were staying for 4 nights in Rome to see all the sites. This hotel is maximum 30 seconds away from the Trevi Fountain!! You couldnt ask for a better location in Rome than this hotel!! Everyone that worked there was nice and pleasant, our room of really good size, and we had absolutely no problems. This is the place to be if you want location, location, location. Every site is within walking distance. The furthest away was the Vatican City but this only took us 20 minutes to get to, the Colloseum was only 10-15 mins away. Rome is pretty easy to navigate around! Definetely recommed this hotel to anyone, and would stay there again!! Word of advice, if coming from England, be careful of the Euro, currently very strong and Rome is expensive (not as bad as Milan though!!). Do what we did, find a Spar supermarket and buy anti-pasti and wine. Cheaper than eating out every night!!

“good location, nice hotel”

it was a really decently priced hotel. it had a nice staff and a good complimentary breakfast every morning with eggs, meat, pastries, fruit, breads, etc. it was centrally located, which made it very convenient to experience the city and there were also nearby buses took us to the vatican, colesseum, and other main sites we went to. it was clean and comfortable. there was a computer that could be used to access the internet for an hourly internet rate or wireless in the room.

“Great Location”

This hotel is perfect for a sightseeing trip to Rome. The rooms are not big but they are clean. The Trevi Fountain is just around the corner and the Spanish steps a short walk away. The main road has bus services and the tour bus stops here too. Breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold food. The cafe has good snacks. I would use this hotel again.

“Will be back with my husband!”

I visited this with three friends and cannot fault this hotel in any way. Breakfast was excellent, much more than your usual continental, absolutely spoilt for choice. Staff helpful - booked the Opera for us whilst we were out for the day. Location 10 out of 10, we were able to walk to all the major sights and had a good selection of restaurants and bars in the streets close to the hotel. Most definitely will return.
