Horrible experience
The hotel is very shady which runs by a India couple. There is no such hotel except a very old building with front door locked. I got lost inside without anyone’s help. There was no reception service, no continental breakfast, neither transportation to the airport as they advertised on the website. I arrived there with no one to contact neither to open the door for me. The waiter from restaurant next door gave me keys and told me to check in myself. The old outdated elevator is super scary and the front main door key even didn’t work for the second time. There were so much to complain about this shady place. Don’t go there.

horrible experience for me a horrendous person who left me the dirty room with all the lights and air conditioning turned on, rude a person really out of the world. I tried to contact the person in the past days but the number was wrong. He couldn't handle the key to the door. paid 36 € is claimed a 5 star hotel. I hope that people like that never come back.

Prior to our arrival, the owner messaged me and asked when we were coming. Once I gave him the time, he told me that he left the keys at a mini market next to the building. While I thought this was weird, I figured they were friends and probably did this all the time. When we got to the mini market, my friend and I were harassed by the guy working there before he gave us the keys. However, he did not give us the correct keys, so when I went back to ask for the correct ones, he was gone and a different guy was there. This guy told my that his friend left with the correct keys and was now an hour out of the city. I started to question him and then he started to yell at me/complain about how no one paid him to do this. A few minutes later, ANOTHER guy comes into the store with our keys, despite the fact that we were just told that they were an hour out of the city. The whole thing was extremely sketchy and throughout this process the owner of the company was extremely unhelpful and inconsiderate to the situation.

We stayed here for just a night coming from Amalfi to catch a flight in Rome. Super close to Roma Termini literally a block away. Room was clean but space is not big and water pressure on the shower could be better. If its not for some guys hanging out on the street playing loud music n drinking beer the location would be perfect (it helps that my husband was with me for my sense of security). If you need a place to just stay overnight n not too expensive this is the right place to be.

Nice stay
Hotel is convenient to train station. We provided the arrival flight details & the hotel staff waited us downstairs of the hotel. we are impressed of the warm welcome. We requested the 'Sunflower' room was well acknowledged & arranged. We have pleasant stay.

Great location for a great price.
The best part about this hotel is the location. It is walking distance from Roma Termini Train Station and Metro station. We were able to take the Metro to the Colosseum, Vatican, Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain. Also gave us many bus options The staff was also very courteous and helpful with questions we had regarding Rome.

If you like insect infestations & dirty rooms....
Everything about this hotel was horrible. I wish I had enough time to express all the negative things wrong with this hotel. The Italian government should shut them down! The hotel is in a very poor neighborhood, but then it gets worse. There is a bed bug infestation in the mattresses, my wife and I are still trying to stay sanitized after finally getting back to Los Angeles, CA. We are bitten all over our bodies with line bites from the bed bugs. It gets worse...The air conditioning was spewing out chunks of dirt into the room. we had to turn it off and open the windows, this added to the insect problem. It was the middle of August and we were also bitten my multiple mosquito bites. Oh and it gets WORSE! On the day we checked in, they had not cleaned the room. The last occupants old towels and disheveled room was just as they left it. They had us leave our bag and come back. When we got back, it was raining and we were tired, they "cleaned" the room, but left no towels. Doesn't really matter anyways because you can barely take a shower! The shower is so small you cant even bend over to wash your knees! But here's the best part, the shower head is a balloon. Yes folks, that is NOT a typo. The shower head is a BALLOON that fills up with water, and there are holes in it that spray water on to your body. I had to save that one for last. I have NEVER IN MY WILDEST DREAMS IMAGINED SUCH A DISGRACE OF A HOTEL! I will be posting pictures for you non believers on TripAdvisor.

Ideal location to see the main attractions in Roms
Great location to visit all the main attractions in Rome. Just around the corner from the bus station so it makes travelling around Rome easy. Very helpful staff as well

Well located and clean
Stayed here for 2 nights. Well located and close to public transport. Room was really big and confortable. Owner helped me with luggage and gave me lots of information on how to get around and places to visit. Loved the espresso coffe Lavazza with the pods for free. Aircon was a bit noisy at times though.

Very convenient, closed to Termini Station
The best of this hotel is its location, apart from this, the owner is very nice also. He provided much useful information. However, there were 2 hardware problems in my room: 1. The shower is very weak, cannot take a comfortable shower; 2. Strange sparkling sound keep coming out from the air-conditioner, sometimes it was so loud that it can wake you up in mid-night.

That is NOT a Hotel - that is a Bed and Breakfast
That is NOT a Hotel - that is a Bed and Breakfast place. There is no any reception and you have to notify them what time you arrive. There are 3 apartments which used to be 1 large apartment on the 2nd floor. Rooms were nice and fully renovated. Breakfast included 1 pack of milk, 2 vacuum packed pastries and espresso machine at the hallway. For 85 euros per room it was Ok. Location was great - right beside the central railway station but the area looks like a Chinatown in Toronto surrounded by Chinese and Indian stores.

Great place to stay!
We only this room for one night before we left. The location is perfect...close to termini. Andrea was a gracious host and so helpful. The room was clean with its' own bathroom. Again, perfect for a one or two night stay. Thanks Andrea for everything.

The hotel was difficult to find as it occupies a single floor of a multi story building. The name only appears on the door bell,options. There is no external sign. It took 45 minutes to discover this. We stayed in the hotel as a single night transition as it is conveniently situation near the main train station

Nice B&B 5 minute walk from Termini
Our room was very comfortable, and only one point off because the shower was a bit on the low side of water pressure. Snack-wrap pastries were provided for breakfast, which could have been better, but five starts for a complimentary Nespresso machine in the common hallway.

Location is nearby train and metro station which is very convenient but at the same time quite a lot of ppl gathered in this district which make you feel a bit insecure. The person in charge is very nice who has introduced attractions to us. No toiletries were provided so please bring yours. Juices and milk were provided in the mini fridge which is very nice. Overall pleasant stay here.

Most places to stay in Rome centre are expensive or poor quality. Floweroma was a good price and location was easy to find. Andrea was an excellent host and the room was cleaned to a high standard each day. Breakfast was single serving cakes and buns wrapped with fresh orange and milk in the fridge. Coffee was in a fresh machine outside room in a shared hall (with 2other rooms) the bathroom had a good shower. If I had any negative comments they would be that the hair dryer was a travel size which was ok for me but my hair is fine, maybe not so for someone with thick hair. Pillows, I would make recommendation that more are available in the rooms the bedding was white cotton so the 3 pillows between 2 of us was poor.

Great B&B for a Stop Over
We loved FloweRome. The staff was awesome; they even gave suggestions on where to eat and provided directions to various sites to see. The hotel is located on the same street as many others and the area has many restaurants and cafes near by. Location is great for anyone training by train as its about a three minute walk from the station but not so great for site seeing as its at least 2 km from anything (unless you take a bus or the metro). Room was clean and new renovated. We will stay here again for sure.

I really enjoyed my stay at Flowerome. I have been going to Rome for years, and this location was very good for the money. The host was very , pleasant, accomodating and professional. Many hotels/B&Bs in Rome have rude staff. Not at the Flowerome. Excellent bathroom facilities.

this place is great
Flowerome was a great choice to start our Italian vacation. The location is super convenient to the Roma Termini train station, which means that it is also convenient to buses and the Metro. Even though it is very close to the train station, we didn't get any train noise in our room. We did get a fair amount of street noise the night we opened the windows, so we just closed them up and used the air conditioning (which worked great) the rest of the time. The room was clean and new and very nicely done. The bathroom was decently sized - we thought the shower was small, but it turned out to be a bit above average for Italy. Also, Andrea is super helpful. He recommended some restaurants that were very good, he came back to hold our bags for the day, and he clearly tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The only downside to our stay was that the Wi-Fi was kind of spotty. Aside from that, everything was really nice and I would absolutely recommend Flowerome to anyone looking for a nice home base during a trip to Rome.

Wonderful stay- Spotless rooms. Friendly host.
Everything was fantastic- friendly owner there to meet us and help with luggage and give us some advise and recommendations. Very kind. Room is very clean. Handy lockable safe, fridge to keep drinks cold. Blackout window shutters- good for sleep ins :). Aircon is a blessing! Room cleaned everyday. Handy to train station and food places around. Enjoyed our stay there.

Mi sono trovata molto bene, è pulito e tranquillo, in una posizione centralissima e a poco prezzo. Ho sofferto un pò il caldo perchè a mio parere era troppo, mancava qualche dettaglio come lo shampoo nella doccia, tovagliolini di carta per la colazione, bicchieri di plastica, una bottiglia d'acqua, e il water e lo spazzolone non erano perfettamente puliti, però sono dettagli, appunto.

FloweRome for long weekend
The room is totally fine, but there are only three rooms in the apartment. During the whole time we did not see anybody from the staff. The stated breakfast was a basket with packaged croissant and sweets (which was also not re-filled). I guess breakfast is not an important meal for Italians but what was provided does not deserve the name "Breakfast" but is more an afternoon snack.

Recomendo.
Gostei da estadia, o quarto é amplo e confortável, o Marco (proprietário) muito gentil. O café da manhã é bem simples, um pão doce e café com leite. A localização é ótima, perto da estação de metrô e trem, vários restaurantes e lojas de souvenirs.
