“Good Hotel”
Good hotel located 30 minutes from the airport by shuttle bus which is scheduled every hour to and from the airport. Excellent breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean are comfortable. The hotel is even a good option for families

“Frankfurt, overnight.”
I was very pleased with the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room was more than I expected. It had a fully equiped kitchen with plates,dishes and silverware. If I had stayed more than one night,it would have been usefull. There is a large supermarket down the street. The hotel is a good distance from the airport and if you don't have a GPS unit, you won't find it. It does have an hourly bus service to the airport and it worked on time. Overall, I had a good experience, and, would stay there again.

the hotel wes good 25 min from airport, inside of the hotel was good souna and gim, the foom was nice,(if he had a pool it was amizing) , thank you about every thinks
“Good location, good service”
Hotel Mercure was a nice hotel with good service. It is conveniently located near the Frankfurt airport (by complimentary hotel shuttle bus). There is a nice restaraurant and bar in the lobby of the hotel. The room was clean and nice (and on a non-smoking floor was great!). Due to our late flight time the hotel allowed us a late (3:00pm) checkout time without any additional charge. I would reccommend this hotel.
“Great Airport Hotel”
We needed to book hotel before flying out at midnight next night. We had a hire car and were able to easily park at front, Our request for late check out was happily given with no extra charge. the room was large and very clean with small kitchen. There is an ALDI supermarket only 4 blocks away so we were able to pick up enough items for breakfast. This was useful as hotel breakfast was 17 euros flat rate no matter what you ate, ie even toast and jam would be 17 euros. Drive to airport took only 15 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. There is also small gym and free internet.
“nice hotel good location if you have a car”
The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport but easy access if you have your rental car... the rooms are nice and large the bathrooms small, but overall very acceptable. The internet is not free, and this is a shame as it is almost always free all over europe in these types of hotels (not this chain however). All in all a good last night stay before our flight...
“Very good hotel for next day flights”
The hotel is clean and quiet, the Wifi isn't free and food at the hotel restaurant is quite expensive. If you have a flight or layover the next day, this the hotel. Very quiet, clean, staff very friendly. The rooms are clean and neat.
“Outstanding Customer Service”
The customer relations skills of our receptionist was outstanding. She made us feel very welcomed. Her restaurant recommendation was within walking distance and quite good. The shuttle service between the hotel and airport is very convenient (and free). We stayed at the hotel in May. Windows open provided good air circulation. Without air conditioning, I would be concerned about a summer stay. The availability of free internet acess in the lobby was helpful; although printing the boarding passes was a bit challening but doable, thanks to the receptionist.
“Nice Hotel but far away from the Airport”
For business trip where the time is so valuable the "Airport" hotel is too far away from the Airport...
