“Worth the money”
For the price it an good deal as it gives an excellent location with very friendly staff. The only drawback is the dated appearance of the rooms. Not withstanding this mine was clean and suitably equipped. You could pay double for a bit more luxury and a worse location
“Good value choice -excellent service”
Hotel is an excellent value choice. Old building with basic accomodation but clean and well maintained. Front desk service was exceptional.
“Fantastic location”
Fantastic location, right in the heart of the Perth CBD and close to many pubs, restaurants and the shopping mall. Only issue was that at night the noise from the clubs was very loud - it kept us awake - very loud music and loud drunken people leaving the nightclubs. I would still stay there again though, but if you're a light sleeper, then this hotel is probably not for you.
“Very courteous and attentive staff.”
On the day of my departure from Perth, I had a flight to Sydney late in the evening -- well after checkout time. The staff allowed me to take a shower before catching the bus to the airport. This was very helpful!
“good location and staff but tired rooms”
Excellent location. Murray street, just accross road to the perth train stn. loads of shops and literally next door to the moon and sixpence english styled pub. which has live music thurs-sat. just 10 mins walk to water. to be honest the age of the rooms spoils the stay. The room is a dull off colour. The bathroom was missing the top part of the glass. but Perth warm so no issues with cold. The shower was terrible. Never kept constant temp and was feeble. A bit of an update and I could happily recommend this hotel. Staff very pleasent and helpful. No breakfast included in room price and the internet was also chargeable.
“Comfort inn wentworth plaza”
Room was comfortable and clean, very noisey location and has no parking facilities available. This hotel wouldn't be my first choice next time.
“lift not working”
The lift wasn't working which was a problem with my room being up stairs. I stayed another night 12 days later and it still wasn't fixed which I thought was quite poor.
“Central location but needs improvement”
The shower leaves room for improvement. I am 6ft tall and found the shower head was too low, the floor was slippery when wet and the soap dish was unsuitable for modern bottles of shampoo and shower gel. The room was at the front of the hotel and traffic noise disturbed our sleep at time as the windows were of a metal frame with single glazing. We were there for 3 nights and the single lift did not work for 2 of them. Nice central location though and the staff were very helpful.
“Terrible sleeping experience.”
I was in Perth on business. This Comfort Inn was an extreme disappointment. It is a old hotel that has been maintained but never updated. The room was extremely small and the bed seemed less that a "single" size and was slanted. The bathroom and the room seemed like they were built in the 1950's. It was a very uncomdortabel sleeping experience.
“Unless desperate, look for other afordable hotels”
I got a twin bed for a hotel in the middle of town, this is not acceptable Too expensive for a twin bed Lift does not work, and apparently has worked for some time Breakfast was cheap with no variety Next to a bar, not good for peace and quiet nights I had hoped to stay there more nights, but I am glad I left after first night. Old building and set up
