IPG Florida Vacation homes and condo's are located in private communities and offer a wide range of lakeside, conservation and golf course accommodations boasting amenities such as full kitchens, large master bedrooms, private pools, patio furniture, and 2 car garages. The best part - they are just miles from Walt Disney World® Theme Parks, Universal Studios, Sea World and all area attractions.
Our 24-hour welcome center includes an Internet café with high-speed Internet access (surcharge) and free guest parking.
Rooms
All these Florida homes and condos are fully furnished and offer fresh towels and linens; kitchens with full-size ranges, refrigerators, freezers, microwaves, and dishwashers; dining areas; and washers and dryers.
All homes and condo's are individually decorated. Screened- in private pools are available with all 4 bedroom luxury homes.
Condo's and Townhomes offer use of a community pool.

IPG Vacation Homes and Condo's are close to the finest restaurants in the Kissimmee / Lake Buena Vista area. Fully equipped kitchens are provided in all units. Nearby restaurants: Denny's, Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's, Perkins, Burger King
Recreation
Each home is equipped with an outdoor swimming pool (pool heat is only available for a surcharge, and subject to availability). Condos and townhomes have access to community areas including a pool and other amenities.

“Caution if you arrive after 9PM”
The IPG office closes at 9PM not midnight like it says on the Expedia page. This change in hours is a new policy at IPG. If you arrive after 9PM you need to have the combination to the lock box which is on the wall next to the entrance door. It took us over an hour of making phone calls to get the combination so make sure that you get it in advance if there is the slightest chance that you'll arrive after 9PM. The folks at Expedia were willing to relocate us but a manager from IPG called us back in the nick of time. The condo was beautiful and had everything that you could possibly need for your stay.
“Nice place to stay”
The home we stayed at was very nice. It had 3 bedrooms which was quite adequate for myself, my wife, two small children, and my mother-in-law. It was fully furnished with furniture, cooking utensils, dishes, etc. There were even a couple of small things included that were very appreciated like children's books and a child's strap-on flotation device for the swimming pool. The house was very tastefully furnished. The only things I would recommend to take along are extra toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, and laundry detergent. There was a supermarket 5 minutes down the road so we were able to get these things easily. The carpet was stained a pale green in some places, but this didn't bother us. The only things wrong I found were that the light inside the pool didn't work and the faucet for master bathtub would spray water onto the floor if turned on to full force. The neighborhood is quiet and well-kept. We stayed a week and paid for 3 days of pool heat. The pool takes about a full day to heat up and a full day to get cold again once the heat has been shut off. We parked our minivan in the 2-car garage every night.
“Awesome!”
Our family of five had a four bedroom house in new subdivision (two houses being built next door while we there). The house was perfect, very clean and still smelled new. The kids loved the pool. Flat screen TV's in each room and only about 15 minutes from Disney. Our first trip to Orlando, but won't be our last or our last stay with IPG. Recommended to several friends when we got home.

We would recommend this service! We enjoyed our stay at a new condo. The pool was cool. It was relaxing. We felt the accomdatations were very reasonably priced with plenty of space.

“Home away from home”
I could not have ask for a better place. I was very roomy. My kids enjoyed, there was plenty of thing to do. We was close to everything. I would definately recommend IPG to family and friends. Everything was ready to go. No hassle at all from start to finish.

This place was amazing. We all loved it and would stay there again for sure. It had all the comforts of home and then some. It was very clean, and well taken care of. I reccommend this property to anybody visiting Orlando.

“Awsome!”
We enjoyed this stay very much! It was like a homa away from home!!! The pool was great and everything was extrememly clean!!! For no reason they gave us a bigger house. We had a hard time finding IPG and were a bit disapointed that the home address could not be mapped out in our GPS but had a wonderful time.

Very nice accommodations, clean, quiet, spacious, close to everything at Disney, cant wait to go back again 5 star , made our vacation a real dream come true
