“Awesome service”

Great location, fantastic service and a very comfortable bed. The only suggestion I would have is that the bathroom needed a bit of maintenance. However, the room was very clean and comfortable and we will definitely return.

“Would have picked a nicer place.”

The room was small. They charge you a $9.00 parking fee and you really don't have any other parking options because of the area it's in. The staff was friendly, though.

“great location for disneyland”

I would have loved people to be consistent with cost of hotel. We were told parking covered with stay. Then when checking out was charged for parking. I feel when traveling you like to know ahead of time of extra fees.

We really enjoyed our stay at the carousel Inn, fantastic location right across the entrance to the disney theme parks, the rooms where great and really clean, complimentry breakfast was good, but the dinning room is a bit small, overall we had no problems with hotel the staff was very happy to help you with anything.

When to go

My husband and i travelled with our two children aged 11 and 9, we found that the best time to go to america was when they finished there summer break, we travelled this year 2011 two weeks before september school holidays from australia. the weather was perfect for theme parks not to hot and the theme parks not to crowded no need for any fast pass

“Good location, poor service.”

I was not impressed by the Carousel Inn, yes it is a quick walk to Disneyland but our stay was not a good one. The mandatory valet parking was $9 a day and if you leave your car there past 2 on the day you check out they charge you for an extra day, without mentioning it ahead of time. The walls were paper thin, we could hear everything going on in the rooms next to and above us. Our ceiling in the bathroom leaked and had to report it twice before the staff did something about it. Even after they "fixed" it, there was still water dripping. Next time we will pick another hotel close by.

“Can't wait to go back”

I NEVER stay in the same hotel twice, but I enjoyed my visit, the staff was friendly & very helpful, the beds were AWSOME & their prices rae very reasonable. I give it a 2 thumbs up:)

“Carousel Experience”

I'm not raving about this location, but considering that I was going to Disneyland last minute and on a budget, it was better than I was expecting. I felt that this location was cleanlier than going to a Best Western. The plus is that you are right across the street from Disneyland. Seriously, a quick 5-minute walk.

Everyone was helpful and polite. room was clean. pillows were so soft. Will stay there again in the future.
