“Would never go back!”

Appauling! They knew we where on our honeymoon not that that should make much difference however... we were tucked into a little tiny corner room that you almost had to walk sideways to get around a so called queen bed.. pretty sure it was a double. The bathroom door didn't even close! the walls were peeling, the floor was lifting throughout the room. The shower was tiny and squirted you straight in the face, barely room for one! The toilet paper roll was so far from the toilet you either reach ages or make sure you got it before you sat. The staff were grumpy at check in but at breakfast ok. rocky table and cold pancakes along with lipstick on the glasses. and the pillows! What is with the pillows in America?? lumpy and dreadful to sleep on, required some serious neck physio by the time we got home! The good thing was we could walk to disney land but trust me there are many more places and closer that you could stay.

“Great place to stay when visiting Disneyland”

The staff was very helpful...The room was clean and cozy...It was nice to stay in a hotel within in walking distance to Disneyland for a decent price.

“Loud but convient location...”

W booked this as part of a vacation package. It is less than a ten minute walk to Disneyland which was convient. The rooms are very noisy! I could hear neighbor sneeze it was so noisy. Parking expensive, and contintenal breakfast only given depending on room or how you booked. For price it was expected..

“perfect location”

dinseyland is a once to twice event. As I understand this hotel is going thru a renovation, the rooms were as nice as the disney pier rooms and at one third the price,. the location is one block further then the pier but fast access is granted bu cutting thru the grand californian. I will return

“Dirty Room and unhelpful Staff”

We had mold on our shower curtain, the washcloth had stains on it and hair on our bed.- The staff was unhelpful and rude and the restaurant was less than pleasant, we did not receive what we ordered and were told to basically deal with it. We placed an order for our children that night at 9:30 and when we received no food, we called and were told the kitchen was closed. I would not reccomend at all.

“Need better beds”

The hotel was in a great location across the street from Disneyland. However the bed was very uncomfortable which prevented us from getting a good nights sleep. Also, the walls must be very thin because we heard the people in the room next to us, could hear their entire conversation and the TV show they were watching. The room was clean and overall the hotel was nice.

“Very nice once again!”

We were very pleased with the staff and the room. We have stayed here before and will do so again. Short walk to park plus the resturant was very nice for breakfast.

the hotel was very nice, the grounds were great. everybody was very nice.

Family-friendly activities
we went for a 3 day disneyland trip. the park was right across the street, used the disney shuttle.
