“Great experience and I've stayed in quite a few of Waikiki hotels”

Living in Hawaii and off the island of Oahu oftern reqires frequent travel to Oahu. I used to live in Waikiki, so prefer to stay there when possible. Because I frequent Oahu (once a month) I've stayed in several different hotels, usually who ever has the best price and convienent location. This was my first time at the Miramar and I found t to be clean, quite, and easily accessable. The room was big enough to comfortably accomodate 2 adults, had a large bathroom with nice products in the way of soap/shampoo. The staff were helpful and accomodated all request I made. I will diffenetly stay there again on more upcoming trips.

PERFECT LOCATION TO EVERYTHING! For the money; very nice, clean hotel. Waikiki Beach is very noisy everywhere you stay, so we stayed on the 20th floor and that seemed to cut down on the noise a little. Nice view of the Waikiki on small balcony. Walk right out side door of hotel to International Market Place. Restaurants in hotel expensive, except Denney's, but others cheaper close by. Would definately stay there again and would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Would have LOVED to have had a room with a pool view...had a tiny room this trip (my 4th) with no table and the freezer did not work. Would have been nice to have the pool snack bar open...on the other hand, this property is in a great location the staff very nice and informative.

“Center location”

Good location if you want to be in the center of it all bars / clubs and shops . Short walk to beach, 5 mins. House keeping was excellent as was front desk. The hotel is near some popular bars so can be noisy at night but overall a pleasant place to stay. Local buses and trolleys stop right outside hotel. No bar in hotel and pool area was scruffy but pool was clean and well looked after.

Fantastic service and a great location. Close to beach and International market. Clean and cared for hotel. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

“Had a great experience”

The Miramar Hotel in Wikiki was a great place to stay. Our room was very confortable and clean. The service of all of the staff was excellent and couteous. The location is very convienient. It was within walking distance of everything that we did while in Wikiki. The views were supurb! We had a view of the ocean and the mountains. We could not ask for anything better. There is a tour office in the hotel and they were very helpful and knowledgeable of any tours we wanted to book. The pick up points were all within a 1 block area. Our whole trip was a great experience and we cannot wait to go back. We would definately stay at the Miramar again and recommend it to other travelers.

“Average hotel”

This hotel is of average standard not too fancy but not bad at all; The room was clean and the location is excellent right in the center of Waikiki; (5min walk to the beach). Our room was facing back street and the view was not very good, but it was quiet and we had no problems with the noise of the busy street (if you book your room ask for the room not facing the main street – then it is quite and you can sleep the whole night); The hotel is definitely worth the money. We enjoyed our stay there.

“Miramar is excellent”

If I wanted to make a complaint, the only one would be that this hotel doesn't quite live up to its name. Wecould see the sea neither from our window nor from the hotel lobby. It is, however, pleasant in every way, and I enjoyed my swim in the uncrowded pool. If we were ever be able to return to Waikiki, I would certianly book the same hotel again.

“Great economical hotel!”

The Miramar delivered on everything. We had a room on the 17th floor with a great view of the golf course and even a partial ocean view. The room was "roomy" and the staff courteous. The Miramar is conveniently located. We definitely would use the Miramar again.
