“Very friendly, very helpful staff.”
Very small hotel - only 2 rooms on my floor, which was great. Super-helpful front desk staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. They are an asset to the hotel. Very safe and convenient area, everything you need is nearby and it is possible to walk to many interesting areas. Very small room, but this is New York, all rooms are small. With so much to see, we spent very little time in the room anyway, but it was a pleasant place to come back to after a long day. Free breakfast is provided, which is always a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

“GREAT HOTEL, STAFF & LOCATION”
After checking out I needed to finish up some work and asked if I could do so in the hotel lobby because it had wireless internet. The few minutes I thought I'd be in the lobby turned into four hours of work. The whole time the staff never made me feel as if I was imposing or should leave. Not having that pressure allowed me to concentrate and complete my work. Thank you Comfort Inn Staff on Ludlow Street, you helped me more than you know.
“We will use this hotel the next time we go to NY.”
The hotel was small but the service was great. We will be back.
“Very Satifactory for the price”
For the price and considering prices in New York City, this hotel was very satisfactory. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean although not very large, and the breakfast was really more than just a "continental breakfast," as it was advertised. Security seemed fine and there was easy access to the subway. Very adequate but not luxury by any means.
“Cheap and Convenient”
Walking into the hotel lobby was initially a little disconcerting because it really seemed to be a hole in the wall, but... that initial sentiment was quickly alleviated. The room was definitely smaller than it seemed in the picture, but it was clean, comfortable, and the location of the hotel was extremely convenient for anyone in their 20s-30s as the surrounding area is ripe for nightlife. The service was convenient, and if you forgot any toiletries from home they'd give you it free of charge (i forgot a toothbrush and toothpaste). If you just need a place to crash for the night, Comfort Inn is definitely a great/relatively inexpensive option.
“Accommodating staff”
The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. The room was small, but didn't diminish the quality of service. The breakfast was more than enough to get the day started. The bed was quite comfortable. The surrounding area is a little shabby, but we felt very safe walking day and night. The hotel is only a few blocks from the subway. I'd definitely return.
