“Cannot wait to back!!!!”

We had an amazing experience at Cote Nord Tremblant. The chalet was absolutely gorgeous and had all the amenities of a home. It was very close to the north side of the ski hill, which is the less busy side of the mountain but it is definitely essential to rent a car to get around. The service at Cote Nord Tremblant was very professional and friendly. Overall our experience was great, I would recommend it for all types of people travelling to Tremblant - especially couples, families, and groups. Because the chalets are independent of each other and not very close together there is a lot of privacy and so each chalet could suit different types of travellers without disturbing anyone else staying there.

“Recommended for your next weekend get-away”

We were extremely impressed with the entire set-up, decor, comfort of the bed and beautiful view! I would highly recommend renting one of the condo suites. We had a one-bedroom suite and loved it!

“Beautiful location”

The suites were newly built and in great condition but suffering from a few teething troubles. In particular, as we were warned on check-in there was no wifi in the room and no patio furniture. Apart from this the rooms were well equipped but we would have liked to have had a hob in the kitchen area. There seemed to be some electrical hum audible but this must be difficult to avoid in hotels with air-conditioning. The location is beautiful and the Mont Tremblant park easily accessible.

“Home away from home”

Loved the layout of the place, with a full kitchen, open concept living area and bedroom. Our daughter slept comfortably on the pullout couch, toasty next to the gas fireplace. With the lake and mountain view it was a wonderful stay.

“Double check your room confirmation!”

I booked a suite with 2 rooms 1 king and 1 queen bed. The details I gave Expedia were 2 adults with 1 child 14 year of age (3 people total). When I checked in, they had me setup in a fully open concept suite with only 1 king bed and a window from a room which provides a full view of someone showering or sitting on the toilet. Not exactly a family friendly suite but very cool for a couple! The hotel graciously offered the following two options: Option 1: Adding a pull out couch for the 14 year old in the suite. This to me was not really an option, it was actually the default situation! They also did not offer any type of discount even though I had paid for two room suite with 1 king and 1 queen. Option 2: Provide one additional small condo suite for my 14 year old boy. I took option 2. Me and the wife were happy, as was my kid with his own suite So what went wrong with my reservation? I suspect that when we select 2 adults and 1 child. Expedia may only be communicating the details concerning the 2 adults and not the additional child. At that point, the hotel may have assigned me a room for 2 adults only, but I would consider them still at fault, since I had paid for a 2 room suite. These situations have happened to me before with Expedia. Moving forward, my plan is to always select "3" adults instead of 2 adults 1 child.

“be prepare to do a lil bit of cleaning!!”

cote norde its just a beautiful place!! the suites are super comfortable and cozy, the master room shares fireplace with the living room and the amazing view of the frozen lake is just wonderful. You will have everything you need to be comfortable. My only complain is that its suppose to be a 4 stars hotel and they do not have house keeping? we stayed for 5 days and nobody showed up to clean our room and we were not inform at check in if we were suppose to call or request the service!! last thing i want it was to be cleaning after my 3 boys...i found it very inconvenient, specially if you are paying good $$
