“A Great find, i really Cannot wait to go back !”

I have stayed in many places in Manila over the last 3 years and i recently passed the New Horizon on my way to the airport some time ago and when i looked online i saw great reviews , So i have just stayed for a weekend and then a final week before my return to the uk. Well i have nothing but praise for the place, staff are wonderful, rooms are comfortable, clean and functional, it is not 5 star but it is better than some 4 star i have stayed in. location is ok if you know Manila, be wise and stay safe, use metered taxi's. OK it does need a face lift but then look at the rates !! I have paid 5 times more and got a lot less, Restaurant is fine, there are 1000's places to try in Manila , breakfast is buffet style and is more than adequate, European and Asian styles too. Friendly staff make this place a number 1 for me next time i will only be staying here ! Now where is my next years holiday planner !!!!!

Hotel is great the staff is friendly and the room very nice. The one downer was the A/C unit. It was really loud but c'est la vie. It seemed to be a little hard for cabbies to find too but maybe that was my poor tagolog. Anyway, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the New Horizon Hotel! From the front desk personnel, doormen, housekeeping, and restaurant waiters and chefs--everyone was so nice and accommodating. Being a single traveler, I felt perfectly safe in my room. I had the Horizon suite which was spacious. clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and the toiletries were always replenished daily. And the complimentary breakfast was fabulous! There was an omelette station, a Japanese noodle station, and an assortment of salads, soups, Filipino entrees, meats, and fish. The pastries and fresh baked breads were delicious. The menu changed daily. I was also very fortunate to meet Chef Danny on my last day. I would highly recommend staying at the New Horizon Hotel.

WOW was really wonderfull to stay there ,all was really ok Clean,Room size is big bath room big and clean , as well all staff worked hard to make me feel home when I need to ask I find so many to answer me and they answer fast with my request I would like to thank everybody there front desk cleaning staff as well the CHEF of the resturant was more than 5 star hotel ,really breakfast very good I really enjoyed to be there and for sure I will go back again .To be honest all was great Bravo to all staff who work there cause I felt they did all to make my stay great . Bravo .

Well I think the hotel and the people were great and it was very quiet ....I called ahead and asked them to put me on 3 rd floor and corner room and I brought some gifts for people at front desk . The 7 11 I didnt use much but is close by and there is drug store at garage next to hotel .I am going back next month for three weeks and staying same place so that should tell all .

“Location a Plus”

Recently stayed for the "Chicago" concert at the "Areneta". Close proxeimity to all ammenities needed. Accessable rooms were adaquate to my needs. Room very close to elevator and stairways. Breakfast was awesome and presented beautifully, menu changed daily. Business Center was intimate (small) and no one bothered you while in the center. I am a very large person and the bed was very comfortable and sturdy. NOTE; You are not allowed to order or bring food from other establishments.(Safety concerns)

“Wonderful Lil Jewel!”

ON my 2nd time to the beauty of the Philippines I had to come up with some "home-places" in between my trips to the beaches and people...and New Horizon was simply a delightful surprise-the staff was nothing less than cordial and open with their helpfulness! The hotel rooms are very clean and efficient and while I did have the unfortunate experience of being next to the call-phone (room service?)on the 3rd floor, it was still a wonderful and restful time! Close to the city of Manila and yet, not too close to make it seem like ur in the middle of the busy-ness! WILL return again at the end of July for my return trip back to the USA...and look forward to seeing more of the NHH when I return to the Philippines!
