“Seen Better”
Our first and over-riding impression of the hotel was that it was aimed wholly at the German market as all signs were in German. The staff appeared to be all German and we did not speak to anyone who could understand much English. I know we English seem to expect everyone to communicate with us in our own language but if more and more English tourists arrive, as seems to be the case, I should have thought a basic understanding of English would be paramount. Our rooms were quite clean but the maids only serviced them twice during our week stay. There was no kettle or toaster in the kitchen of our self-catering apartment which we found particularly disappointing although this may well be the norm in Spain I don't know. There was no Information Pack in the room giving us details of entertainment in the area or hotel facilities. There were a couple in the reception area but they were both in German.
“not impressed”
the room was only claened once in a week. we thought there was a kids club, but could not find it. the staff did not speak english. there was no info on our hotel facilities available.
“Dont go here”
This place was dreadful . Went self catering the fridge was completely iced up no door on the ice compartment no holders for milk drinks etc. No gas to cook with no kettle. The light fitting had bulbs missing and was hanging off the ceiling. No comfort, bathroom tiles dirty.
