Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property which is 20 minutes (can be up to 1 hour depending upon the flight schedule) away via sea plane. Guests must contact the resort's reservation office (open from Monday to Friday 0900 - 1800) 96 hours prior to arrival with their flight details, the full names of all individual passengers, and to arrange prepayment of the mandatory seaplane fees. The relevant contact telephone number and email will appear on the booking confirmation issued by this site. Seaplane transfers cannot be guaranteed if the agency doesn't receive payment and the arrival flight details within the requested timeframe.

Transfer service is provided by Maldivian Air Taxi between 9 AM and 3 PM daily. The waiting time for transfer sometimes can be up to 3 hours or more, depending on the flight schedule of Maldivian Air Taxi and on weather conditions . Guests arriving to the Maldives outside these hours will have to wait in the airport or book a local hotel room in Male or Hulhumale independently until services resume. Guest departing the Maldives prior to 9am may have to check out a day prior and stay overnight in close proximity to the airport. The seaplanes have a maximum of 20 kg per person luggage restriction. An excess luggage fees may apply and will be payable directly to the seaplane company at check-in. The seaplane fee is payable directly to the agency prior to arrival. The seaplane transfer is provided from Maldivian Air Taxi which is a flight company independent from resort management, which declines any responsibility for any inconvenience or disadvantage may occur.
