“isolated Location”

Location not convenient to the sites in Madrid. Did not provide any amenities (shampoo, conditoner) and pool did not open until 12:30p.m. Did not provide directions from airport or train station. Needed to find information desks to navigate. Cab driver from train stop to hotel got lost as signage is not dominant. No free internet. charge by the hour in the lobby. Service was very quick when requests were made (no control for the tv, towels, the rollaway bed and request for late check out). No internet
