“NOT IMPRESSED WITH SERVICE OR MAINTENANCE”

THE OVERALL MAINTENANCE IS THE WORST! THE PHONES IN THE ROOMS DO NOT WORK AND THEY HAVE BUG PROBLEMS. WHEN IT WAS BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE FRONT DESK . THE CLERK SAID THEY APOLOGIZE BUT THE BUGS ALSO LOOK FOR A DRY PLACE TO STAY. "IT WAS RAINING OUT SIDE."!! HE DIDNT EVEN OFFER A DISCOUNT!! THE FRONT DESK GUY WAS ALSO VERY UNPLEASANT. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. THANKS, IRMA
