“Good hotel, but out of the way”

The hotel was great. The only two issues I had were 1) because it is an apartment they do an inventory check after you leave before releasing your deposit, and 2) location was a bit far.

“Use this one”

We had a shocker of a flight from Pittsburgh to London with US Airways. Rerouted to old aircraft with cramped seating, poor or dysfunctional facilities, grumpy crew and our luggage failed to arrive. Arriving at the Sanctum was like coming home. Everything we needed and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. I was so grateful to be there.
