“Does not recommend”
Small small room, bathroom even smaller, dirty appearance, ordered extra towels never arrived, internet access never worked after repeated calls to front desk and walked in and out of continental breakfast after viewing open bowls of cereal on the table.
“great hotel for the low price”
We had a nice visit and no problems at all with this hotel. Omar at the front dest was very helpful as well. Our room was small, as to be expected, but clean and comfortable. Good location for the Victoria area, walking distance to the Victoria tube and bus station. The continential breakfast included cereal, a croissant, toast/jelly and coffee/juice/tea.
“Cheap private room”
Perhaps this hotel is fine according to the rate I paid. Although, I did not have a comfortable experience myself, I must admit everything was as described: private room (which I found ugly); shared bathroom (which I found uncomfortable); breakfast (coffee, toasts and butter - I tried it once and then chose to have breakfast out). The real advantage was the location: great access to public transportation and walking distance to Buckingham, Belgravia, etc).
“Adequate”
It is adequate and in a convenient location- quite close to the train station. There is no heat during the day and the breakfast has no fruit or protein, just breads and cereals and they are rather strict about only offering breakfast before 9am- if you show up right around 9 they scold you. That seems a bit extreme. Shared bathrooms that aren't the cleanest. Front desk staff is nice though.
