“Good room, helpful staff, excellent Location”

The hotel was perfectly located for sightseeing. Stayed in one of their Superior Doubles. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasand and extremely helpful. The free continental breakfast was sufficient to set you up for the day, Croissants, fried eggs, toast, Juice, cereal, cheese. The hotel is apparently under new management. I stayed at the hotel for 1 night and will undoubtedly return.

“Exceeded Expectations”

Surprisingly good for a budget hotel in this area. All staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious and clean with good facilities. Complimentary breakfast very good. Optional extras very reasonably priced. Location excellent for West End area. Only drawback: no lift. My room was at the top of 60 steps;still, good exercise! Will definitely book again.

“Perfectly adequate”

Stayed overnight in a Single room. The room was clean, new furniture, the bathroom was clean, bed comfortable. Buffet Breakfast was Good. The staff was very helpful, leaving my bags in storage after check-out the next day was no problem. Also we wanted to check in earlier than their standard check in time, that also was not a problem. Location very central next to Oxford street. Generally for the price we paid I would say the quality was quite good. I would recommend this hotel.

No elevator. Long climb to the upper rooms. Room clean and spacious. Breakfast complimentary and sufficient. Great location for central London.

“A value for money hotel”

Hotel rooms clean and comfortable, although decor was a bit tired looking. I stayed with my husband and 2 children under 5. We stayed in a good sized family room that contained a double bed, 2 singles, a sofa and a table and chairs. The room had a tiny kitchen area and had a good-sized ensuite bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good.

“Great base for exploring London from”

The room was warm and comfortable with a good ensuite. The room had a crack in the wall lining, then one day when we came back it was patched and tidied up! Its in a great location, handy to the Baker street underground station. Its worth what you pay for, but not the type of hotel you would sit around in during the day. Who does that anyway, get out and explore!

“Great location for the sights but no lift”

Clean friendly and had good nights sleep especially after climbing the stairs to the top floor. Good for Oxford street and Baker street.

“Good location, great price!”

Great location just down from Oxford St, huge airy comfortable room with kitchenette with hob, microwave and fridge. Room was lovely and warm when we arrived (as it was very cold outside) which was great. The bathroom had a bath with shower etc and again was large and warm! The only downside was the it is slightly dated, but it is clean and exceptional value for central London. We didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. I would definately stay here again.
