“Beautiful setting on Lake Como”
A beautiful and luxurious hotel right on Lake Como. Our room had a balcony overlooking the lake and mountains - absolutely gorgeous! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The only thing we weren't crazy about was that the there was no shower curtain which made it difficult to not get the toilet and bathroom floor wet while bathing...
“Good value for money”
Great veiw of the lake from both the room and the bar/ restaurant, Freindly helpful staff and great value for money.
“Lovely hotel - lovely setting”
We have justr returned from a wonderful week here; did B&B; breakfast was fine (although agree with others it is rather unimaginative - but then the view from the restaurant more than makes up for it!); everyone was helful and friendly. We got the 6 day boat pass - it was great - the ferry service is 120%. There were plenty of places to eat - but Bellaggio is the best. Odd that the ferry service does not provide return from Mennaggio later int he eveing as we would have eaten there if we could have got back! Lenno isa lovely village, great for lunch time! Only negative is the lack of shower curtain - most odd - but at least the bathroom floor was clean! Swimming pool was a bit disappointing (and water cold!!) But would recommend this area and this hotel to you all!!
“Lake Como in MAy”
Absolutely beautiful hotel with exceptional views of Lake Como.
“Location was terrific. Very romantic setting.”
The setting was great, room was huge and comfortable. The service was fine. The breakfast was average but considering it was complimentary it was very acceptable. However, the coffee was alarmingly bad and I would recommend getting your espresso or latte somewhere else.
“Will go back”
The only disappointment was the fact that there was no proper shower. The bath was small and the hand held shower meant that water was sprayed everywhere. That was the only blott on an otherwise wonderful stay. The lake view bedroom with balcony was fantastic. A fairy tale setting.
“reasonably priced”
It was a good experience
“Great hotel”
We had a lovely stay. The location was great. Our room was lovely and had a balcony where we could sit and enjoy a fantastic lake view. The staff were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was okay, not the best I have ever had but the views from the resturant made up for it. There are some lovely resturants close to the hotel that are great for lunch and evening meals.
“Lovely hotel”
Lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was always kept exceptionally clean and tidy. Clean towels and bedding every day. Good selection for breakfast buffet and high standard of evening meals. Our only criticism is that the evening entertainment wasn't to our taste. Beautiful and peaceful area for a relaxing holiday with breathtaking views. Local people very friendly, and spoke good English.
“Belleview Hotel, Cadanabia”
We enjoyed staying in this older, beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and a balcony overlooking Lake Como. The only complaint we had concerned the dining room hours which were over by 8:00 P.M. However, this gave us an opportunity to visit local roadside cafes which were a treat in themselves.

Area:
Cadenabbia, Italy: Cadenabbia may lack the cachet of some more fashionable neighbouring resorts, but its agreeably sedate hotels enjoy views no less appealing from their vantage points above the Tremezzina waterfront. Here the lake is at its widest point with regular ferry services to Bellagio and Varenna. Long favoured by the British, its Anglican church dates from 1891. The lakeshore lido has a pleasant terrace café.
