“Posh clean establishment with a Victorian feel.”

The times square stay was marvelous. Only recommendations would be to truly have wireless broadband Internet as advertised (vs wired which was also down) Most travelers have tablets which don't connect to wired connections. Otherwise the place was excellent, clean and the services rendered impeccable!
