“Antonia you are awesome!”

This small family run hotel was just what what we wanted, perched on a hill over looking the village and sea. Rooms have sharred balcony terrace with lounge chairs and tables. The most important asset to the hotel is Antonio, he and his family were very gracious and accomodating. He helped us plan our day trips with genuine love of the island. Speaking only 4 or 5 words of Italian, his english was very helpful. On our last night he, his brother and father made us a home cooked dinner that was one of the highlights of our trip. The island is beautiful, the castle has lots of steps but worth the visit. Weather the end of September was terrific though a little hazy.

“Ischia lovely”

Ischia is lovely and getting round the island is easy by bus. The hotel is not up to scratch and not well maintained. It also seemed unprepared for tourists even though it was well into the Easter break.
