“Great hotel”
Great location and easy parking. I would definitely stay there again.
“Excellent choice”
Very convenient right opposite railway station and main tram/streetcar stop. No disturbance from noise thanks to glazing. Lovely room with view of snow-capped mountains from the bedroom. Food ( breakfast ) excellent. A lovely and interesting city for about 4 night stay and with plenty to do. The hotel is so convenient on arriving and a five minute walk to middle of city for shopping, restaurants etc. Staff were all friendly and in Austria everyone seemed to have a nice smile on their faces. The city is easy and interesting to reach by rail from Munich. The inclusive "Innsbruck card" was a decided benefit
“Great Experience”
A very nice hotel in the middle of Innsbruck. The hotel is connected to the parking garage of the main train station, so if you are arriving or departing by train, you don't even need to go outside (just dodge traffic in the garage!). The hotel is beautiful and my room was nice, with that Old Europe charm (classy color patterns, stately furniture) but very comfortable. The airport is close (10-15 euro and 10-15 minutes by taxi) and the historical parts of the city are nearby.
“Modern comfort and convenience in Innsbruck”
The Grand Hotel Europe is a very nice modern hotel in the center of Innsbruck next to the railway station. Although modern and comfortable, it doesn't have a huge amount of charm, and could be qualified a bit as a "business hotel". Very good service, large comfortable rooms and a well-stocked buffet breakfast. It's location is very central and it's a very short walk to the "old-town" (Altstadt) which has interesting architecture, eateries and attractions. It worked very well for us for a short on our way to other locations in Austria and northern Italy.

Easy to find. Close to all the attractions.
“Nice place”
Very convenient place to stay, as there is an underground garage and connection to the train station. Only a cuople pleasant blocks from the museum and other attractions.
“Would definately go back”
A fantastic location, opposite the main train and bus stations, which makes it incredibly easy to get to from the airport in particular. Ski bus running every day to all major resorts for free. Very helpful hotel staff, lovely restaurant and brilliant breakfast with everything you could want. They also have a deal with a local ski-hire shop so you don't even have to take your skis back! Right in the heart of the city so shops and cafes are round the corner and very safe area. I would definately go back.
“Great Hotel”
Everything about the hotel was perfect. Great service, friendly and helpful staff, and first class dining all helped to make my stay very enjoyable! and the location is great too! I was very satisfied!
