“Good Hotel..Good Location”
After reading some reviews regarding the service of this hotel left my expectations low. However I must say that I only got good service, clean room, good food and the location along the beach is by far the best. All in all I enjoyed myself and would return.
“Good but salt water.”
The hotel was very nice. The food was ok but free so cant complain. I would recommend this for families or clubbers.
“For the Family”
We arrived to chaos in the lobby. People waiting for the correct keys to their rooms, for the hotel staff to find their reservation and for the hotel staff to find guests' passports that were missing. Once we did receive our keys and climbed to our room we found it clean and we had a view of the water. The beach area was very nice although we had to pay for chairs, when we had already paid so much for the room?? The free dinner was nice, a little annoying with the children's entertainment right beside us. Twice we asked for a wake up call and both times, it never came. We asked for the time and no one could tell us. We do not have children and this is definitely a family location. The service could have been much better.
“Not impressed. Noisy. Inhospitable.”
Frothy salt water to brush and shower. Imagine a salty shower after beach swim. Managers not interested in customer satisfaction, emphasis on rapid turnover. Will never return to a Fiesta chain esp in Ibiza. Imagine being kicked out at 12noon and your flight leaves at 7pm. I love kids but the place is teeming wth them. Airplanes fly over all day and night. Food ok but free; think about it. Entertainment mediocre and the kids can relate. I believe if you book a pkg incl flight you should keep room until end of stay before flight, not the checkout policy. Why sit around 5hrs from 12noon doing what? Inhumane!
