“Luxury and Service at a price”

A really comfortable hotel served by the Airport Express bus - very cheap, quick, easy and convenient from the airport. Very busy lobby but lot's of staff and everyone very helpful and polite. Good restaurants, bars and facilities but, like everything in Hong Kong it comes at a price.

Everything from start to finish was just perfect.....staff were helpful and knowledgeable....services was first class.....ran like a Swiss watch. Breakfast was excellent as is the food in Cafe 1st. Dickens pub is fun but not for a romantic interlude!

“Great hotel for shopping and sightseeing”

We really enjoyed our stay at the Excelsior. Having stayed in other hotels in Kowloon and Central Hong Kong in the past I can definitely recommend the Excelsior's location. It's less than a 2 minute walk from the Causeway Bay MTR and just a few stops from Central plus if you want to shop then all of the shops of Causeway Bay are right outside the door. It's also really handy that there's a free shuttle service from Central to the door of the hotel with the Airport Transfer service - hassle free when you're arriving from the airport. Our room was amazing too and the view towards Central was just stunning. The hotel bar and roof terrace, TOTTS, is pretty special too with amazing views and lovely food. We'll definitely be making a return visit when we're next in Hong Kong.

“Great for business but not children”

All ammenities for business, had great services, they serviced my visa, online computer in room, etc. but no play room for children and no ongoing sitter service like hotels with play rooms. I sometimes combine business and pleasure with my children, this hotel I only use for business, restaurants are restrictive tward children, they stayed in the room way too much.

I was a single woman traveling alone and I was treated with great respect and consideration. The staff was wonderful and I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

I would definatly recommend this spot, so convenient and well priced. Great restaurants either in the hotel or within walking distance and super helpful staff.
