“Great little hotel”

This is a very old hotel by Hong Kong standards. It has excellent service it is extremely clean and in a great location. A very enjoyable stay. The business center in the hotel is very useful and has fast internet. Breakfast is an Asian breakfast, simple and filling. No glitz but a very good little hotel. most guests seem to be regulars. “Location and Price excellent”

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located near MTR station plus lots of buses pass through natan road, which is 2 minutes walk from hotel. Night market is next door. Breakfast was included...which is bonus. Overall for Price and location, it is perfect.

“Inexpensive Hotel in the Middle of Kowloon”

The room was small but adequate. The in-room internet did not work with my Mac laptop, but there was a public terminal in the hallway on the third floor that enabled me to check my email. The staff worked quickly to try to help solve my internet connection problem.

The hotel was OK, the only problem I can mention is a high humudity in the room.. there is air conditioning, but you are simply in HK...

“easy, cheap, mostly clean.”

small, cheap and good location. If all you need a bed and a shower this place is good. If you're the kind of person that expects a concierge and to be waited on hand and foot then it's not fo you.

“Excellent value in Hong Kong”

The Evergreen is a good value in hotel in a city otherwise home to some of the most expensive hotels on the planet. Although not flashy, the hotel has an excellent location (i.e. just off Nathan Rd., 30 minute walk to Victoria harbour down Nathan Rd.) and is surrounded by a host of small streets full of a wide variety of restaurants (e.g. Chinese, Indian), shopping (i.e. Nathan Rd, the street market on Temple St.), and massage parlours. The rooms are simple, clean, include free Internet, but are small by Western standards. The staff are cordial although not overly friendly. For the leisure or business traveller looking for an affordable hotel and with the intention of using it for nothing more than a place to sleep at night, the hotel is perfect. Excellent value for money.

“Good value”

Good value for money for Hong Kong in terms of location etc. Basic amenities but only needed a place to shower and sleep. Free internet use a huge bonus. The air conditioning was very noisy however, staff pleasant.

“Cheapie, but a Goodie”

Room was small but clean. Note that lift only goes to the 3rd floor, have to use stairs if on the 4th floor. Free internet and use of the laundry. Good location, walking distance to Jordon MTR and Temple Street. Breakfast very basic. Staff were friendly.

“Convenient, small hotel in Hong Kong”

Comfortable small hotel in Jordan, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Convenient for Airport Express trains - 15 minutes walk to/from Kowloon station if you only have light luggage. Convenient also for MTR stations and buses, which take you to about everywhere in the SAR.

just a hotel to stay but i believe there must be better options
