“Clean but Noisy”

What can you expect with this price range in HK? The only good point is at least it is clean and easy to reach to MTR. The attitude of the staff is awful. What happen is the weather was really cold and the quit was too thin to keep us warm, so we asked for an extra quit and the reply was "$150 for additional quit".The funny part is you can even hear your neighbor snore. Furthermore, Every morning around 4-5am, the tourist will just talk very loud and rush out. So you can try to stay there if you are budget concerned. At least they dont have Bed - Bugs.
