“Excellent choice for Hoi An”
Ground floor rooms smell a little damp so request an upstairs room. Staff on reception are so helpful and very friendly with good English. Beautiful pool with ample sunbeds. Forget the restaurant - expensive, poor selection and slow! Breakfast not bad but had better. Beds very comfortable which is a huge bonus for SE Asia but the staff are what really make this hotel so good. Situated a little out of town which is a good thing as it's much quieter and there's a half hourly free shuttle bus and a taxi is less than £1.
“Excellent”
I really enjoyed my stay here. The Hotel isnt in the town centre but its about a 10 mins walk with the added benefit of a courtesy bus if you cant be bothered walking. The bus runs from early till late both ways. The hotel is quiet, has great breakfasts and free access to computers/ internet in the hallway. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Give them a phone before arrival (about a day) and they will also organise a taxt from the airport, do this as it was cheaper than hailing a cab at the airport and at least they know exactly where they are going. The pool is great and not busy. I think this is a great set up and would use it again.

This hotel is a tiny bit out of town, but you can rent bikes for $1 and ride them in. You can also take the shuttle into town which drops you off at a silk shop that has the same owner as the hotel, you don't have to shop there though you can find other tailors. Breakfast was great and included. The room was clean and the minute we went to breakfast it was made up. The staff was attentive. The restaurant was a tiny bit expensive (better to eat in town) Like I said earlier, we were ill and the doctor came right to our room. The pool was a great place to spend the day, we never even went to the beach, just chilled by the pool all day.

“A lovely hotel in Hoi An”
This is a great hotel! Location wise it's only a 10min walk or you can catch the free shuttle bus offered by the hotel. There is a lovely pool and the breakfast is fantastic. The staff are very helpful and friendly and will help you organise tours.

“Fantastic hotel! Wish I could've stayed longer!”
Despite people criticising its distance from the old town of Hoi An, I thought it was nevertheless faultless. There were regular shuttle buses to take you in and out of the town for free. It's location meant that it was quiet and secluded, away from the hustle and bustle of the town. It is within cycling distance of the town and the nearby Cui Dai beach and an hours bike ride from the Marble Mountains in Da Nang. The pool was nice and rarely had more than a handful of people in it. My only criticism would be of the internet facilities which were lacking - old computers and only 4 to share. If I were to return to Hoi An, I'd go back to Southern Hotel.
“Hoi Ann Villa”
Very clean & nice hotel & great value. The hotel is a bit far from downtown (15 min walk), however the hotel runs a shuttle every 1/2 hour which is very convenient. The pool is very nice & the break is ok. We booked one of the villas which was more spacious & still affordable. Overall a good hotel
“Good hotel”
I booked two nights in this hotel fitst. And after we stayed one night, we decided to spend all our four nights here of Hoi'An. The staff is kindness and the room is clean and comfortable and the decoration is very nice. The only problem is the location. About 3 minutes' driving to the center of the town. But the hotel serve a free shuttle from 6:00am to 10:00Pm. And besides the town center they can even send you to the beach which is 4 Kilo away. The hotel also can arrange activities, tour or taxi for guest. I like it so much as well as the old town. Hope one day back again.
