“Booked one night, liked it so much we stayed 4!!”
We originally booked one night at the Catina Saigon Hotel, but ended up staying for 4. The rooms were in very good condition, all facilities worked well. Reception staff all spoke English very well. We booked a Chu Chi Tunnel trip through the front desk and this proved to be very well organized. I would recommend paying an extra $15 per person for a private trip, as the guide was brilliant and got us through the long queues like VIP's!! Very close to Saigon Markets for better shopping in my opinion than the Bến Thành Market.
“Great service, room features and good location”
I am happy with hotel quality of service and understanding on different issues. Only one thing that there are limited number of rooms with window. However the non-window rooms actually give you much more quiet and peaceful sleep.
