“Highly recommended”
Hotel was very clean and tidy and in a great location. However, was disappointed that there were no tea making facilities given this was a four star hotel. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel.
“Very satisfied”
This hotel is really close to the tram line and offered every amenity we wanted. My only complaint would be how expensive the breakfast was. I don't know anyone who would pay that much unless they could get reimbursed by their company. They had a computer with internet in the lobby and a minibar in the room with decent prices. Our room had a little balcony and a full tub. Some people might be concerned about it being next to a cemetary, but we didn't mind.

Nice Hotel, clean, friendly staff, close to the city center. Free WIFI in each room. Grocery store right at the hotel.
“Clean Efficient, Comprehensive Breakfast Buffet”
New hotel with elevators, plenty of hot water (comfortable tub) with plush towels, luxurious soaps, shampoos, comfortable beds, small fridge. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The transportatin system in Graz is very good - tram stop to the old town area is about a 3-5 minute walk away. The hotel also had a small supermarket located on the main floor. The unfortunate loation of our room (overlooking the street at the supermarket end) resulted in very early morning awakenings as the deilvery and unpacking of goods occurred under our room. The other end of the hotel overlooked a cemetary, so we assumed this end was quieter. Parking is available on the street and was safe and affordable. If you are looking for the ambience of a small European hotel located in the central core with historic links, this is not the location or hotel for you. This is a modern establishment where staff speak a variety of languages including Enlgish and the hotel is run with precision. There was also consideration for non-smoking areas of the hotel, which has become an issue in Austria with high smoking rates.
“Very decent, even fun place to stay”
I was very satisfied. The room was comfortable and impeccably clean. Bathroom even had a rubber ducky on the tub. Service was prompt and very cordial. Breakfast variety was excellent. I had dinner once in the restaurant and it was one of my best meals in Graz (lamb chops). Only bummer was wireless internet access limited to lobby and restaurant. Distance from town center is not excessive: brisk 20-25 minutes. Trolley is nearby and fast. Cabs from center are not that expensive (8-10 euros). In sum, I strongly recommend the hotel.
“Great hotel in a so-so area.”
I only stayed for one night so I did not use any services the hotel had to offer, so my review is limited. But what I can say is that the hotel and the room itself were clean and proper. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel had a good, classy atmosphere. The only minus I could think of for other guests is that the hotel is not in the city centre. But I picked this hotel because the location suited my plans perfectly, so it wasn't an issue for me. There are bus routes that run to the city centre near the hotel so it's easy to get down to the city, or walking is also an option because Graz is pretty small and the neighbourhoods are beautiful.
“Good Hotel but not Central”
From the outside the hotel was not impressive. It looks like a council estate and has a supermarket on the ground floor. It is also not close to the city centre and takes about 15 minutes by tram to get to the main part of Graz. Also, it is located next door to a huge cemetary and most rooms look out onto it! However, the hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are spacious and well laid out, with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are large and everything was supplied. Breakfast is excellent, with a wide range of different foods. We also ate in the hotel restaurant, and found the food and service excellent and the prices reasonable.

Good location. Trams into city nearby. You can walk into the city in 20 mins. Helpful staff. Very clean and tidy hotel
