“Fantastic- Can't wait to go back!!!”

Panorama Tower is an absolute gem! We have stayed on the Gold Coast many, many times and this was by far the best value place EVER! You have to see the views to beleive them- they are absolutely magic- daytime watching the boats going up and down the river, night time watching all the beautiful city lights reflecting off the river. We just loved the pool area and had a BBQ on their sundeck watching the sunset. The location is really good- only a very short walk into town but fart enough away to not have any of the city noise so we could at least get a good night's sleep (super important with the kids!) While the manager wasn't in the office when we checked in, we just picked up the phone at the entryand she came straight down and was very friendly throughout the stay. We would totally recommend Panorama Tower to families wanting a great place to stay for their Gold Coast holiday

“Wonderful place for our holiday- wish we could've stayed longer!”

We booked our holiday well in advance and got a great deal through Expedia for Panorama Tower. We were really looking forward to this trip as we've been working so hard. We got into our apartment and saw the view- wow! Absolutely stunning! The complex is only 3 1/2 stars but the room we had was really nicely renovated and very clean and tidy. The location was fab- only a short stumble home after a beautifully romantic dinner and a few too many wines at one of the lovely restaurants in Cavill Ave. Really romantic looking out from our bedroom over the city lights reflecting on the water at night! We took a morning swim in the resort's pool and then caught up with the manager who was really nice and even offerred us some fresh towels as we had naughtily used out bath towels for the pool. I'd really recommend Panorama Tower and I'm sure we'll be back the next time we get to have a break on the Gold Coast.

“Wonderful Place- absulutely fantastic!”

We booked Panorama Tower wanting a well deserved break and we certainly got it! The moment we arrived, we were greeted by the super friendly manager who checked us in and helped us out with the local info we were after to get us started. We went up to our apartment and instantly saw the most wonderful view over the river (we spend a lot of our time just sitting on the apartment's balcony with a glass of wine watching the boats cruise past! The unit was VERY CLEAN which is really important to my wife and well maintained- you can tell that the manager really cares about the quality and how they present! We went for a swim in the heated pool which was really nice and warm and one of the highlights of the stay. PANORAMA TOWER IS THE BEST VALUE ACCOMMODATION WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN!!! And we are seasoned travellers! We got a great deal with Expedia and the quality of the apartment and the entire complex compared to all of the other complexes around the same price seems FAR superior. We will definately be back next time we come to the Gold Coast You can't miss this place- it is the best!!!!

“Would stay again any day”

This was a wonderful apartment/hotel to stay in. Great value for money and located right in the center of Surfers Paradise. The first evening we got there we were blown away by the view of the canal behind us and the large apartment complex with funky furnishings. The heated pool was an extra bonus and the one staff member we did meet was lovely and very helpful. I would recommend Panorama Towers to anyone who is looking for an affordable but nice place to stay. The location was amazing, two minutes walk to the buses, and pretty much dead in the center of Surfers. The beach was only about a five minute walk. If we were going back again to the Gold Coast I would not hesitate to stay here again.

the apartment was excellent.situated right on river frontage.spectacular views from every room.only 5 mns walk to cavill ave and beach.staff were very helpful with directions to theme parks told us the short cuts to save time.definately will return to this apartment again.booked again next year.

“A Surfer's Paradise gem”

Panorama Towers was an excellent place to stay. We thought we had booked just a hotel room but it was an apartment complete with all cooking facilities which was much more than expected.The view from the living area and balcony was simply beautiful, especially at night as we overlooked a canal which reflected all the lights. Location wise it was superb as it was very quiet and only a five minute walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again. We also had security gated car parking, at no extra charge. As we had a late check-in and were there over a weekend we didn't see any hotel staff as the office is unattended at weekends but there was a contact number if there had been any queries.

“Fantastic- what a great place to stay!”

We stayed at Panorama Tower in early January and had a wonderful time. We would totally recommend staying there as the apartments are fantastic and have the best views. The management was incredibly helpful as well. We loved sunbathing on the sun deck which is righjt on the water's edge and the pool was really nicve over looking the river. All in all, for a 3 1/2 star property, we couldn't fault the place- probably one of the best 3 1/2 star complexes we've stayed in!

“great room and location where was reception ?”

I had a great time on my holiday the hotels location was PERFECT THE ROOM WAS GREAT !! but i didnt see any staff ever !! i wasnt greeted when i arrived or thanked for my stay infact i didnt even no what to do with the keys when i checked out ? I was told there hours in reception were 9am till lunch yet noone was there at that time . Not that i cared much but why tell visitors youll be at reception certin times if your not going to be there i could navigate my way around quite well but when i think of my nan and pop who rely alot on staff to help them while they are on holiday giving them directions or helping them get clean towls ect they would have been lost if they stayed here for someone like me i wasnt to put out however it should be made more apparent that there is little reception staff and that your "pretty much on your own "

“would go back”

the location was good easy walking distance to everything did not have to use car and it was in a secure park. Fairly quiet with good daytime and night time views. However the furniture is need of a update along with the TV.

Great Location & Awesome view.. Spacious apartments.. However the condition of 'Deluxe' rooms left a lot to be desired.
