“Terrific Location”

We had a fantastic view of Colangatta Beach. If you book here, ask for beach facing. We were right in the Coolangatta township which has everything you could need. Walking distance around the corner is Tweed Heads with a large mall. Plenty of Surf Life Saving Clubs with great meals and plenty of pokie machines if you are into that. We will stay here again.

“Couldn't have asked for more.”

We stayed for 7 days in a two bedroom appartment. The written directions to the basement parking area was a little confusing but on returning to reception one of the staff walked us down, it turned out you actually have to go down 2 levels .. not one, other than that the location of the hotel was fantastic, loved the appartment .. WOW !! couldn't have been more pleased. Views were amazing. We would have no problem staying there in the future and would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

“disappointing”

My booking was only a 1 bedroom apartment 2 adults for 2 nights. Kitchen very nice, bathroom for main bedroom locked had to go to laundry to shower and toilet. a real pain in the dead of night. Lounge very old and a strange smell in lounge room over all a bit disappointing.

“Not impressed”

On first impressions the reception staff were friendly and told us that the room we had been allocated had been totally refurbished.We were disappointed to find that this was not the case. The bathrooms and kitchen area had been modernised but the furniture,curtains and definitely the carpet had not been touched - the curtains were ripped and the carpet had big worn/holed areas. The ranch slider door was extremely difficult to close which was frustrating.The noise level from the street below was bad even though we were on the 14th floor and worst of all on the Monday of our stay at 10am all talk was drowned out by a jack hammer in use on another floor!!

“Nice view..... terrible room”

Having stayed at other hotels along the strip at Coollangatta, I thought that we would try a different one. We chose here because other reviews had said that it had a nice view and granted... the views are great. However the messy room and run down state of the hotel in general were simple not up to scratch
