Meriton Serviced Apartments - Broadbeach is situated on the Gold Coast in the heart of Broadbeach boasting two high-rise towers with 403 luxury studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments. Located on minutes from the surf beaches, Jupiters Casino, Pacfic Fair Shopping Centre, Oasis Shopping Centre and the vibrant cafes and restaurants of Broadbeach.

This resort-style property features great facilities including indoor heated pool, spa, sauna and gym - plus an outdoor resort deck with swimming pool and barbecue area. The plaza within the building also has a convenience and gift store, café and two restaurants.

The oversized fully equipped apartments designed for family living will allow for the most comfortable stay in apartment accommodation on the Gold Coast. Each apartment has a kitchen (studios with kitchenettes), and a separate laundry, which includes clothes washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The apartments are also fully air-conditioned with opening windows to also allow for cool sea breezes.

Setting the standard in Gold Coast apartment accommodation - bigger and better than a hotel room and serviced daily; you'll never want to stay anywhere else.

Check-in is available from 2pm. All guests must sign the 'No Party' policy. Registered guests must provide valid photo ID matching the booking name and credit card. If you arrive after 10pm, security will assist you with checking into your apartment. Reception will require upon your arrival the following credit card bond (pre-auth). $100 for studio and 1-Bedroom apartments / $200 for 2-Bedroom apartments / $300 for 3-Bedroom apartments . These funds will be returned to your credit card after departure but may take 5 -10 days to become available. Other than a credit card pre-authorisation we will accept a cash bond, which will be refunded to you upon departure following an inspection of your apartment by our duty staff. $200 for studio and 1-Bedroom apartments / $400 for 2-Bedroom apartments / $600 3-Bed apartments.

“Excellent Location”

New serviced apartments which are refreshing after being in other apartments that don't have any servicing at all. Lovely big beds, awesome views,and convenient location with a few really good restaurants and shops near by. Jupiters was over the road, and Pacific Fair just a short walk, nothing too strenuous. Car parking was easy and plenty of it, all in all a great place to stay.

“Would definitely stay again”

Overall this was a great place to stay. Very friendly & helpful staff. The hotel is opposite Jupiters Casino & a short walk to Pacific Fair Shopping & Oasis shopping area & the beach. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance & a 7 eleven next door. We went up for the AFL football & the free shuttle buses picks up opposite the hotel & drops off at the casino after the game

“Great Value”

My husband and I stayed at the Meriton Broadbeach for one night when we went to see the Stomp show at Jupiters Casino. The Casino was fully booked out so I booked at the Meriton instead. I booked a 1 bedroom apartment but on arrival was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment for no extra cost with two king size beds and 2 bathrooms. Great location across the road from the casino, a short walk to either Pacific Fair or the Broadbeach mall. Best value accomodation I could find at Broadbeach and also 5 star. We also used the indoor heated swimming pool and spa whilst in attendance. Will now be first place to try when staying at Broadbeach.

“Excellent location, wonderful for families.”

I was attending a conference so just wanted somewhere comfortable and convenient with a bit of space. Meriton ticked all the boxes. Apart from a small hiccup on day two when everyone's access cards were somehow wiped I had no complaints at all. Being an apartment hotel the rooms only receive a minimal service during the week but this was fine. The location was central to the conference venue as well as the beach, shopping, restaurants and night life. I had a stunning view over the ocean which was a pleasure to wake up to every morning. When I holiday on the Gold Coast with my family I will definitely stay at this hotel. For comfort, amenities and value for money you just can't beat it.

“Wonderful place to stay”

Room 1802 what a wonderful room full ocean views, views over to the hinterland and up towards surfers all from inside as well as the balcony there was even a rainbow out to sea when we arrived what more could you ask for great central location close enough to walk everywhere but not noisy. A lovely place.
