“Great Family experience”
There is not much to say other than the apartment was brand spanking new. It was less than a month old so everything was brand new. Service was exceptional, it is one of very few apartments on the Gold Coast that service your room daily. Other places service the apartments weekly. There were quite a few people staying with young children as we did, (the youngest being only 3). We would definately stay with Hilton's again.
“Will return!!”
The hotel was in a excellent position and the staff were all very nice and helpful. The rooms are a good size and very clean and the beds are VERY comfortable. Stayed for 2 nights for my anniversary and was a very pleasant stay. Nice pool, spa & sauna. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to stay at surfers.
“Pretty impressed but a few areas to work on”
Our overall stay was very good. All the facilities like the pools, spa & gym were all in great condition & the hotel room was very clean. The only two things that were annoying was that when we checked in & finally got to the room the bed in the second bedroom had a missing leg & one corner of it was literally sitting on the floor. We found the leg lying on the ground under the bed & my husband just simply screwed it back into place. We all thought this was odd. The other weird experience was on the second night we came back to the hotel very late at around 2am & our security swipe card was not working to let us into the underground parking. We buzzed about 3-4 times & finally someone answered & they had to send someone from security to open the gates manually & we were sitting in the car for about 15-20mins until we could get into the car park.
“A little bit of Europe in Surfers”
Great to go on a holiday within your own country and feel rested when you get home instead of needed to sleep for two days. Just got back from an 11 day stay at the new Hilton Residences. It was great. Felt like an oasis in a place overrun by teenagers. As you all know the reason to go to Surfers is for the amazing beaches and the climate. We usually stay in Broadbeach but decided to try Surfers this time. Glad we did. A lot more for our tween kids to do. The Hotel is just lovely. We had dinner at Salt (Luke Mangan's new restaurant). The staff was very friendly and food just devine. Will go back. Jan from Melbourne
“perfect holiday stay'”
centrally located lively veryclose to all facilities and friendly safe atmosphere.
“Brilliant Hotel in the heart of Surfers”
We stayed here for 10nights over the Christmas and New Year Period. The hotel is brand new and it is stunning. We had a 2 bedroom ocean front room which was luxerious, spacious, clean, laundry with washing machine & dryer, full kitchen with all the utensils, a generous size balcony. Stunning place right in the heart of all the action. The concierge team made all our dinner reservations and were a delight to deal with. Brilliant!! The pool is also fantastic - get there early to ensure you reserve a sun lounge.
“Fantastic!”
Great hotel with friendly helpful staff who go out of their way to help. The pools and outdoor area are excellent and very family friendly. Room service is to an excellent standard. Well worth a visit and would highly recommend to everyone.
“48th floor is a must.....”
never splurged like this in our lives and the children enjoyed it so much for a special treat. We are country people and this little slice of pleasure was such a blessing. It was in the middle of a flood and the rain stopped for the duration of our stay.
“Definitely recommend!”
This is the second time I have stayed at the Hilton and just as the first it was great. Location was great, 1 min walk to Surfers Paradise beach and you only have to cross the road for shopping or to enjoy the night life. Hotel service was great. Check-in didn't take more than 5 minutes and they were about to accomodate our request, to have a room higher than level, without hesitation. There was ample parking, and the hotel even waived our parking fee upon check-out. Extremely happy and will definitely will be staying there again.
“Lovely”
Beautiful modern hotel with apartments great for families, a short walk to the beach. Great location in the middle of Surfers: you don't need a car. we had the deluxe ocean view on the 16th floor and did find that on the Saturday night the night clubs in the vicinity were audible. We were then moved to a north facing apartment on the 46th floor with spectacular views. No noise up there! The pool area is lovely, the kids had fun with the revolving door and all the staff were very accomodating. The only comment I would remark on is the restaurant Luke Mangan does cook a beauitful steak but for the cost I would have expected more of a dish. It just came with green beans, as did all the mains, which seemed a little bit lazy for such an upmarket restuarant. The breakfast was nice but not to the standard of say the Sheraton Mirage up the road.
