“Not impressed”

Waited an hour and a half to get their shuttle from the airport. Had to call 3 times. Then was expected the pay for internet access. Was much further from the airport than expected.

I would never recommend this hotel, locations in the middle of nowhere only cow arround,. no food near by.

“Frankfort Airport Hotels”

Firstly, Expedia rated this a 4-star hotel and it is not even close! It might be a 3 but more likely 2.5. It is also a long way away from Frankfort airport. The 'deal' proce they are claiming is not worth the price at all!!

“Will not go back”

I did not enjoy staying at this hotel. Their shuttle services was less than adequate. They put me in smoking room even though I had non-smoking room confirmed. When I insisted on getting non-smoking room, the lady at the reception said they will find a smoking room with least smell - that is funny.

“Not a 4-star”

This is an over-priced version of a 2- or 3-star hotel. The quality of hotel construction was terrible (you can hear everything through the walls) and there is nothing complimentary about the hotel (they charge for internet usage in the lobby, ridiculously overpriced food in the restaurant, incredibly overpriced breakfast buffet, etc). And because the hotel is in the middle of an industrial area, there are no other places to go. Very dissatisfied.
