We provide traditional British cooked and continental breakfasts with fruit juice, fruit, cereals, sausage, bacon, egg, mushroom tomatoes and your choice of eggs: fried, poached, boiled or scrambled. There is plenty of white or brown bread available to toast and lots of Marmalade, various jams or honey.

“Really good guest house”

Very comfortable, clean and personal with full English breakfast. Good position on frequent bus service to the centre approx 15mins away. Travel for the day for £3. Costorphine village, now a suburb of the city, is attractive with a useful selection of shops and restaurants. As a single traveller I felt very comfortable.

“Lovely place to stay!”

I stayed here for 1 night whilst in Edinburgh on business. Convenient for the airport and easy to get into the City, this is a lovely guest house and great value. Immaculate, clean, comfortable, and friendly owners. I would definately stay there again.

“Pleasant choice.”

The guest house is a pleasant, quiet choice. It is about 15 minutes by bus from the centre of town maximum, and the bus stop is right outside which helps when getting back after dark. It is alongside a road of shops so you are never more than 100 metres from a convenience store, a haircut, bank or pub. It is extremely well located for the zoo. The staff are friendly and helpful.

“Pleasant and quiet”

Very down to earth friendly landlady, she helped me with the bus routes which have all changed due to the ongoing tram fiasco.
