A very comfortable place to stay. Very clean, spacious apartments with excellent and friendly staff. Good location and near large supermarket. Would definitely go back again.

“Happy Outcome”

Very efficient at airport as soon as we arrived. Lots of taxis and helpful staff. Taxi driver did not know how to get to hotel even though I had printed out a map from computer. Taxi had to stop and ring for instructions. Hotel is located on a road running into a T junction where Golden Sands 9 is, that seemed to do the trick. Hotel staff came out straight away to take luggage into hotel and booking is was done very quickly. Room was very large (we had 3 people) and 2 bedrooms, both ensuited. Air con worked well, had a small kitchentte. Very clean. If you want to go out, plenty of taxis at end of road near Golden Sands 9, they are cheap and plentiful. We took a printed card from hotel with us to show drivers our return destination. Grocery store across road very handy. We booked a hotel shuttle to take us to airport early in the morning. This was slightly dearer than taxi but staff put all the luggage into shuttle and did not have to traipse around the street with heavy luggage. Outside hotel looks a bit worn but so do most of the buildings in this area. Price was good. Pool looked good, but did not use. Black out curtains in both bedrooms and lounge area worked well after long flight. Booked this hotel after reading all the Expedia reviews and am happy to have done so. Would return.

“Great Value, Great Service”

The staff are really helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a two bedroom appartment and there was three bathrooms, massive bedrooms and everything you could possibly need. I would certainly recommend this hotel apartment. Good central location. We will certainly be returning when we visit Dubai again. Excellent place to stay.

“Great value for money”

Good value accommodation in a very convenient location. Hotel staff all very friendly and relatively helpful. The pool on the roof is a nice little bonus. Within walking distance of a great supermarket and the metro station. Stayed in a deluxe room and received some little extras which I wasn't expecting like transfer to the airport and complimentary bottles of water. Thoroughly recommended as a good value alternative to a proper hotel. I will definitely stay again if I am coming back to Dubai.

“A nice place to stay”

The staff were extremely freindly snd helpful, they also organises the desert safari and dhow cruise excursions. The rooms were nice and spacious, beds were comfortable and they were well equipped qith a large tv in the bedroom and living room. The bathroon and toilets were also very clean. The pool area was very quiet and we virtually had it to ourselves, again nive and clean. I would definitly stay there again.

Fab hotel, really nice apartments, what is in the pictures is what you get which is pleasing to the eye. The hotel apartments have a modern setting and room service were fab. The beds were too comfy and as no one ever mentions the bathrooms of a hotel and is one of the most important parts of a hotel i have to say the bathrooms were extremely nice no sign of old about them just as modern as the rest of the apartment. The Hotel is in Bur Dubai which is conveniently close to supermarkets such as spinneys soo you can stock up your kitchen. Its close to all the shopping districts suich as meena bazaar and karama so you can walk it there or even order a taxi which wud not cost more than 2 or 3 pounds. The pool is on the rooftops like most dubai hotels and is very clean and hardly anyone goes up there soo its good if your looking for alot of sun to top up your tan. there is also s a gym which is just as nice as everything else in the hotel. The Reception area is small but nice and the staff are helpful and not miserable like some. Overall this hotel was nice and convenient and is good enought for everyone to stay there and is close to the airport too and everywhere else like the al mumzar beach park is a bout 80 pence to get in to but i reckon its better than jumeirah beach it has palm trees and is clean.

Very clean apartments. Excellent and friendly staff. I will stay there again Near Burjuman Mall, Spinneys Supermarket and Al Karama metro Station.

This hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and contained what we needed for our stay; such as microwave. It is approx 10 minute walk to the Metro, thus it is easy to get around. Clearly, when it is hot this walk may seem longer!! If you choose to get a taxi to travel, this is again relatively cheap and quite near a lot of the places including the beach, Dubai Mall. There is a supermarket across the road (Spinneys) so you can stock up on food (it is expensive), and there are numerous food places to eat in within the vicinity. One issue is that the taxi driver on our way to the hotel from the airport did not know where it was and charged us too much. Get directions to the hotel prior to going. We had asked the taxi driver to call the hotel to get directions at the start of the journey but he ignored us and only called them after driving for 30 minutes. It ended up costing 70dhs and we were told it is approx 50dhs. Word of warning; the taxi drivers in Dubai are very rude and will go the long way around so that the fare costs more. I found this disgusing and their attitude is repulsive.
