“great place to stay”

The staff was helpful, friendly and caring. I had a nice room with a balcony. It would have been nice to have chairs on the balcony but it was still nice. The room was clean and maintained well. I would stay here again and probably will soon.

“Good but can do better!”

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment in August 2011. The hotel staff were very helpful and the accomodation was spacious and quite good. Only that they charge quite high and very inflexible plan for Internet. The shopping mall (24-hour supermarket) is about 10 minutes walk, but that is a long time during the burning summer. The supermarket across the road closes at midnight and they sell some of their goods not of the quality you may wish to consume, like, we bought 3 bottles of soda (Fanta Orange) and they were all flat, my wife went to complain but didn't care, when I went they exchanged them with drinks of same value, which was sign of discrimination against women. I reported to the hotel staff, but didn't seem to be bothered. Otherwise, the experience was overall good.

Area recommendations

This hotel is Bur Dubai area, which I will highly recommend because it could be the most quiet neighborhood in Dubai

Preferably during winter months (November to March) when the weather is not that hot

Getting there

You can easily get there by taxis, but most taxi drivers are not so convesant with street addresses, so best to tell them that it is near Golden Sands 9 or Burjuman mall

“Kids felt right at home.”

A very comfortable place to stay. Very clean, spacious apartments with excellent and friendly staff. Good location and near large supermarket. Would definitely go back again.

“Convenient Location”

We've been here in this hotel before. We really like it because number one it is very spacious, 2 flat screen, seperate sitting areaa kitchen and number two the location is very convenient close to Burjuman, near to Deira, close to Dubai Mall and sheikh zayed also. Anyhow the second time we checked in 22 June 2011, when we arrived and i say hello to the receptionists no one even bother to respond, well i think that is really mean. Number 1 they shld greet the Guest when they arrived for checking in No. 2 i greet they didn't respond. there's no hassle while we're checking in though. No dramas just the receptionist need to have a training on how to smile to the customers and atleast greet them when they arrived. Same person was there on the check out 26 june . No smile no anything. I think she shouldn't work as a receptionist, she's very unfriendly.

Area recommendations

Dubai Mall If you want chinese food there is a Hidden small restaurant across the karama post office called Litlle China, they serve nice crispy duck and noodles. you can also try their ice cream dessert with crispy sweet noodles (doesn't sound good but it tasted really good when i tried it) ;)

“Best Value Hotel Apartment for Family of 4”

Hotel is very conveniently located with small grocery store across the street and large supermarket 2-block away There are Bank and McDonald inside this Spinneys supermarket. Deluxe-room is identical to Executive-room except Deluxe-room has 2 free bottled water, welcome fruit basket, free WiFi and 2-way airport shuttle.

“Good value and large in size.”

Neat and clean, great size rooms with 2 1/2 baths and full kitchen. Nice staff and off street parking. Area was very residential but not far from Old Dubai sights. Good value for the money.

Area recommendations

To get the full experience of Dubai the best place would be in the Marina area. If there are any super deals there, grab them. We had to drive 20 minutes to get to New Dubai but for the price it was ok. There were 4 adults traveling.
