“Sheraton Deira is pretty cool!”

Sheraton Deira gives 5 star quality for a 4 star hotel. The staff remembers you! The only negative aspect is that EVERYTHING extra carries a charge!

Nightlife

Dubai nightlife is great! It is based on an "under ground" of sorts. Sheraton has Lindbergh's Bar and Star Studio which offers good drinks and good company.

“Would go Back Again”

Staff was extremely helpful from arrival to departure. Room was large and very clean. Breakfast buffet was great with made to order omelettes. Being right under the path of the airport there was no noise at all from the planes. The only complaint I wiould have is the lack of bottled water to drink at the pool.

“I will use this Hotel again.”

This hotel is a plesant place to stay wheather on business or holiday. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is traveling through Dubai. The staff was great and the accomadation were outstanding It was a nice place to relax and get some much needed rest.

“Fantastic Hotel”

the service is superb and keep it up the good work! all staffs really make me feel at home and make an effort to remember me.

Area recommendations

Most important is acessibility especially metro train, grocery store and place to eat. i don't have a specific location to recommend because i don't know dubai well enough to do so.

“was OK but not sensational”

Expedia simply has to specify the cost of internet service for each hotel on its website. In the case of the Sheraton Deira, you did not. I was unable to obtain the cost until I arrived at the hotel. In many hotels, the cost of the internet is part of the room charge. It is ridiculous to pay an exorbitant sum for wireless internet when a DSL connection is just as good and is usually part of the room charge. When i chose to stay at the Sheraton Deira, I had no way of knowing how high the internet connection was going to be. This is a critical piece of information.

“stay away from this hotl”

Hotel is so noisy. there is no privacy resection at al. the smell of the kitchen smells everywhere inside the hotel even on the staff dress. the nightclub nose stay all the night without caring of other residence. it is very close to the airport, so you will be able to count the airplanes landing and takeover easily while you in bed. Worst ever hotel. All that have been already told to the duty manager.
