I booked two rooms at the same time, and both of them were perfect. The reception desk staff was very friendly and helpful = 100%. The hotel is very nice, very clean, the rooms are very good equipped, everything is in very good condition. The only minus point would be the location, it is a bit too far from the city and one has to walk sometimes a few minutes to get a taxi, but its not that bad. A taxi to the Mal of the Emirates cost approximately 25 AED = 5 Euro. The surroundings of the hotel are very green and well maintained. The hotel is excellent, very quiet.
