“Lovely apartments ideal with young family”
Hotel apartments were very good we had two room apartment travelled with two grand kids pool was excellent for them very clean staff very helpful in ideal location 6 mins from airport apartment had everything you needed washing machine fridge freezer televisions in bedroom balconies from all rooms plus lounge ideal for a weeks break would cetainly go back and recommend these apartments

The swimming pool area on the roof was nice and spacious for everyone to hang around and the pool itself was clean and suitable for everyone. The apartment was above standards then expected, all the rooms were clean and tidy when we arrived and everyday day throughout out stay. The service when we first arrived at the hotel was inviting and the staff made us feel very welcomed throughout our stay. Ideal hotel for family.

The staff was very accommodating regarding our special circumstance. The apartment was large and very comfortable. We loved our stay and will stay here from now on when we visit.
“A Dubai Home Away From Home”
My friend and I spent a weekend at the Nojoum Hotel Apartments and we were very impressed and satisfied! The front desk staff was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The hotel decor is very up to date with a modern flair. The beds were not comfortable at all, too firm!!! The rooms were very large and the kitchen had all the amenities you needed. I would recommend this hotel highly to anyone traveling to Dubai.
“excellent for people who want large space”
This hotel apartment very clean, the location is suitable for families and near to most important commercial points. The rooms in aprtment are large and clean. The kitchen contain new refrigerator, microwave, cooker, dishes, etc. It is almost same what I had in kitchen. For families dont hesitate.
“dont visit in ramadam”
lovely hotel, well situated, very friendly helpfull staff, but dont visit in ramadam.we couldnt use the pool or gym until 7pm, and 24hr room service was very hit and miss, depended on when chef decided he wanted to work, they even had to find someone to cook breakfast for us, even though it had been paid for.if visiting any other time of year, then great, but if in ramadam go for one of the more international hotels
“good apart”
There is a shopping center and bank next to it. Good if you like large room with seperate sitting area and kitchen. There is no difference between normal and extra rooms, as they all the same. (at least 5 of them were same)
“Nice Place”
Rooms are large and open and very comfortable. Noise on the Mezzanine was not good at all so we moved to the 3rd floor which was great. Hotel is next to a small shopping center which had a grocery store. Would certainly stay here again. Hotel is close to the Metro. Bus stop is in front of the door and taxis are easy to get.
“Chose somewhere else for short term trip”
Good points - hotel would call for taxi and they were there within 5mins., desk people were friendly and helpful. Apartment was huge. Minus points- Internet is bought with a card. We tried late in night to do it over the phone with the desk and the server was down. We waited an hour and had to call back and was told about the server. Room was prepped for new paint but was not completed. Can opener in kitchen was broken. Washer/dryer combo didn't dry. 2hrs and clothes were still wet, not damp, wet. No instructions anywhere for travelers to figure out how to use appliances etc.
