Tight street entrance may be inconvenient and possibly a security risk. Once inside, it truly is amazing and spacious. Room amenities are excellent. Will definitely hope my company books me here again.

This Hotel was convenient to walk to the Creek,Gold Souk, and City Centre shopping Mall.It was also easy to take a creek boat to the other side of the Creek.The rooftop pool and relaxation area was excellant with the water heated to 31 degrees each day. Cannot fault this Hotel for quality and value for money.

It was the first holiday of our 5 months old son.Though we didn´t want to miss anything of Dubai´s features and decided to stay in the city centre for first 3 nights.Lucky shot as the hotel provided us with a perfect comfort and great services.The best choice for those to see Creek, Museum, Gold Souk, Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Old City and Airport as well ... all within either walking distance or just 12 min. taxi drive for peanuts.Rooms very comfortable, clean and quiet.Decide for Executive Club Room with a free entrance to the Executive Lounge with almost all day great food served.Bonuses are very friendly staff and nicely placed rooftop open poolside bar overlooking the city.

The hotel is well-furnished with large rooms and a comfortable lobby. The swimming pool on the roof offers excellent views of the city. The staff was very kind and helpful. The one restaurant that I ate in had excellent food and fast service.

I went with a girlfriend for a few nights and found the hotel extremely clean and the staff very attentive and professional. Whenever we asked advice about bars and restaurants at reception they couldn't do enough to help us. I really can't criticise this hotel, the rooms were very clean, the bathroom very spacious and spotless and the beds very good quality. The bus to the sister hotel on the beach is also a great plus. The only drawback we had was being ramadan the staff were not keen to serve us even water up on the rooftop pool area (not funny in 38C!) although we got round this by taking drinks under a canopy out of view. Having said that there were non-muslim staff up there who were understanding about this and did their best to help us. Highly reccommended hotel!

The service and quality of the rooms was much better than I had expected. The location is within easy walking distance of shopping and just a 10 minute taxi ride to the world trade centre.
