“what an experience!”
This hotel defines customer services. They were extremely helpfull when you need to find your way around. They gave us tips on how to buy stuff in Dubai. Their members of staff alway had a smile on their faces. Execellent.
“Good value,friendly,peaceful”
Upon arrival there was a fresh fruit basket in the room and a (free) giant bottle of water, which, for me, are the essentials arriving in a strange place. There were doubles of bathroom supplies. The staff is friendly and attentive. I'll stay here again.

Our expedience at Metropolitan Deira was great it was really value for money We must say its a 4 star Hotel with 5 star services We came across the most authentic Chinese restaurant in this Hotel Summer Place Fabulous food
“Dubai business trip”
The hotel and staff were excellent and do try the the chinese restaurant within the hotel, food and service was excellent. be sure to have a credit card for this hotel, I always use debit cards and do not have a credit card, although I made payment in advance, I then had to deposit cash behind the desk for hotel expenses as they are unable to take debit cards except at the point of booking out

The hotel is small and tidy, not flashy, but nicely done. What makes it outstanding, though, is the staff. They ALL made me feel like a queen.
