“Excellent hotel for budget travel to Dubai!”

This hotel had a homely feel to it. It is obviously not the 'newest of the new', but has been well maintained and the staff service was brilliant! I arrived earlier and was allowed an early check-in at no cost. The drivers associated with the hotel are brilliant. My friend and I got some good-value tickets for a ride up to the top of Burj Khalifa (the tallest building) and some good priced tickets for a desert safari through the hotel. Overall, a great experience - the staff were wonderful and very kind and helpful - would definitely go back again!

“very good value”

Management and employees are very nice. The area seems at first not to attractive from a tourist stand point but the Irish village and the Le Meridien Airport Village are close. Short, inexpensive trip with cab to downtown.Good business hotel, very quiet and the bonus is you can use the great pools at Le Meridien Airport Hotel for free where there is more turist feel.

“Good hotel at a fantastic off-season price”

Hotel falls into the higher end of the 'Good' hotels in Dubai. Very convenient for the airport. Takes approx 5 minutes to get from hotel to airport.

The Meridien Fairway hotel lives up to the traditions of the Meridien chain worldwide without the exhorbitant price tag. It's proximity to the Airport and other facilities makes it an attractive transit hotel as well as a comfortable and relaxing holiday venue. The staff and service are impeccable and world class. I would recommend this hotel to any traveller.

“Excellent Service & Extremely Convenient Price”

This hotel has large and well furnished rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu needs some upgrading, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel is conveniently located near Dubai international airport and Deira City Center. Sheikh Zayed Road is only a few minutes away by car, and with a rented car one could reach anywhere in Dubai in less than 20 minutes. We (me, my wife, and our kids) were given two spacious rooms, and the check-in staff made sure the rooms were adjacent. As i said, rooms quality was superb and we were glad to have made this choice. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time i visit Dubai. My only comment is for the hotel mgmt to consider adding Al Jazeera & Al Arabiya to the TV's channel list.

“Comfortable”

The hotel exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. Close to the new Metro station which we used to simplify across city transport. The rooms were beautifully appointed, quiet and cool. Staff were friendly and helpful.

“Fantasitic choice for airport Hotel”

We were staying at the hotel as we had a one night stop over in Dubai. Reception upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost and without asking. The room was absolutely beautiful, service was fantastic, and room service food was beautiful. Definately go back in the future.

“Traveler's hidden secret”

I have stayed at 3 hotels in Dubai, and this is the best. I have stayed here 5 times and plan to come back. I use it to pass thru on work, so I stay a few days to relax and shop. The location is a bit off the beaten path but a short taxi ride will get you anywhere, including the airport. The Irish Village is walking distance, and the interantional tennis club is next door tp it. Rates were extremely low compared to other hotels based on time of year. Recommend going to Le Meridien hotel (sister hotel) for the outdoor evening buffet and band (drinks are free there --all inclusive in one price of 205 Dh). The Fairway is just a great deal.

“Great staff.”

This hotel is probably not as well appointed as others in Dubai,however the room was more than comfortable and clean.The staff is what stands out here;they are very courteous and will do anything to please the guests.They also provided an airport shuttle [people carrier]to the airport for D25.Reasonably priced compared to other Dubai hotels.
