“Not half bad”

It was a well designed compact room, the hotel was a pretty good deal considering it was a holiday and I booked at the last minute. The area was not great though.

“Excellent for the room rate”

No porter service but for a tip you can have security to help with the luggage. If you are particular about towels, take yours with you. Long hours for breakfast which suits all. 24 hours service for food and drinks. I normally stay in 4 or 5 stars hotels, but this time the driver for the choice was that it is next door to a relative. The over all experience was much better than I was expecting.

“Not a great area to stay in as well as outdated rooms”

Location is really far from town center. No roads to get to hotel because of all the construction. Very frustrating trying to navigate way to hotel. Rooms were very outdated. Wood pannelling on the walls was wearing down. Room was extremely basic. Bathroom was the size of an airplane bathroom. Was no hand towels to dry our hands with. The type of traveler that we saw in the hotel was not the kind I'd keep company with. Room was cheap. My travel partner and I strongly suspected the hotel was one of which was only used for prostitution. We checked out and left for another hotel the next day.

“Clean, great price, pretty good location...”

Typical Ibis hotel...Friendly staff, room and lobby perfectly clean. Room a bit small but fine for a couple of nights. Bed was hard but I was always tired and had no problems falling asleep. Plenty of parking although not paved/covered so can get dusty/hot depending on time of year. Location: close to Mall of Emirates, Jumeirah Beach, Duabi Marina and "The Palm". Based on my experience, I would definitely stay here again...

i taught i paid for food but i was told to pay for all the food.

“Not Impressed”

The hotel has no room service, staff wasn't friendly. I had to call the reception 4 times just to have an adapter. Moreover the bed kind of smelly once I complained they did come and change it except the pillows (they don’t have extra pillows in the hotel !!). Bathroom very tiny .

“Budget hotel”

There is no room service. Minibar and locker is not available. Room was clean though. I had a bad headache and asked for a panadol which was not available. That shows that they did not have a first aid kit. So beware. I am not sure but the front office service during my time was slow.
