“Lovely Hotel, Polite Staff, would book again!”

This hotel was in a location close to all the "abaya" shops. There is a shopping centre called " Al Manal Centre" nearby, approximatley 15 minutes walking distance. We didn't try the hotel restaurants, but they looked rather decent. Make sure you ask for the correct number of beds in the room , if you are travelling with children, as we had to sort this out upon arrival. Overall, a good, clean hotel. Staff were polite, and we would book again!

Location in Old Dubai. To Gold Souk 20 minutes walk. Hotel offers free bus to the beach and Citi Center Mall. Ranking of hotel in European standard max 2 stars. Air-conditioning too noisy and too windy (we had to switch off during the night). Unpleasent smell in room. Breakfasm meedium. You may stay in this hotel 1-2 nights if you want to see Old Dubai (good price) but if you want to see modern City or stay in higher standard choosemore modern hotel in other part of the town.

“Extremely disgusted”

I was extremely disgusted with the service we received within the first night, we were already approached for payment, which had already been settled. Extremely rude restaurant manager who claimed it was against Dubai municipality law which i very much doubt , who refused to warm our food, thereafter did not serviced our room for that day had to continuously phone reception for every little thing from toilet paper to replacing bulb, safe not functional, requested it to be repaired over ten times in one day and still the result was fruitless, the hotel has so much to be desired, the hotel, overall if far from the 4 star hotel and would advice visitors to find alternative hotel and not to stay at coral oriental Dubai since most of the staff, with the exception of the receptionist are very rude and unwelcoming, buy enlarge i was really disappointed.

I am not satisfied. They have hidden charges. For example they charge extra for a second guest in the same room.

“Worst dubai experience. Unprofessionalism”

The staff was extremely unprofessional. I had originally booked a room for just me. Then a couple of my friends joined. So we asked for an extra bed. They sent their room service telling me no room for extra bed while we could have played football in the room without problem. So they tried to intimidate me by sending the security telling me you have to rent another room for triple the price I paid originally. I asked for the hotel manager and stood up to them so suddenly there was enough room to put the bed.
