“need improvements”
Internet is not provided for free, you have to pay for extra charge although i'ts very slow and need to be through Eithernet cable.. Shower is not practical.. Service quality is getting bad at night. Some staff has no respect at all and don't know how to deal with customers. No respect for visitors and they need to be from the same nationality. Thx
“Almost a great experience”
The staff at Mazoon was great. They were polite, professional, and helpful. The rooms were very nice and the service was impeccable. However the bed in the room was hard as a rock. I like a firm bed but found this one hard to sleep in and I woke up sore every morning. My main problem with Mazoon was that I was on the 1st floor and they were in the middle of completely gutting the Mezzanine floor below me. I listened to jack hammering and hammering every morning the last week of my stay. I complained several times, only to be told that nothing was going on. It was only on the last day of my stay that I went to the floor below to find a complete remodel of the Mezzanine going on. Also the fire alarm went off several times for 3 or 4 nights in a row around 11pm. The desk told me that they work working on the problem. I wanted very much to like this hotel but I found myself very disappointed by the end of my stay. Had I been given another room instead of being told there was no construction going on things may have been different. because of this I would not stay at the Mazoon again and I cannot recommend it.
“A great place to stay while in Dubai”
This hotel is great andt the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was always ready when we cam down after calling to set a time. The rooms are large and super clean. The hotel location is great because it's close enough to all the major sites and the free shuttle service to the beach and mall is a plus.
